Impatient Talent

Separation anxiety is real. When talents had to decide whether to stay and wait or to move and work, Talented Performer (TP) chose to be with the latter group. Many were not surprised at her decision given that her sense of obligation might have been with people who had moved earlier.

Despite moving, TP did not burn bridges and maintained communication with former colleagues. One time, TP called a Former Workmate (FW) and asked how things were. FW replied that activities were recovering and interest has been renewed for their work. FW added that slots that should have been for TP were given to other talents, which included designations and titles. TP also learned that strict compliance was being followed in giving projects only to the ones who chose to be in the battle. Anyone else outside of the present management will be second priority.

TP admitted that she missed her old crew. She acknowledged that she grew and learned much from them. Although she has work, she has yet to feel the same energy with the former team. Thus, she feels she might have made a wrong decision, but she feared losing her financial source at that time. Towards the end of the conversation. TP vowed to come back and reclaim her title that was given to someone else.

it's fine as long as she has work and didn't burn bridges.

  2. What sense of entitlement is this? Feel sorry for TP but she has to learn to make lemonade and drink it with humble pie.

    1. Mali!!! M is known for being down-to-earth artist. Hindi sya mapagpatol sa mga bashers nya. Tahimik lang sya pag nilalait sya. Kinaiinggitan kasi sya dahil sya ay "SMALL BUT TERRIBLE!"

  6. Or she can create a new title, talented naman siya. Sometimes if we keep on looking back, we might miss opportunities in front of us na.

  9. Ano bang title binigay sa kanya ng network? Wala nanan ah! Eversince she's been considered as one of their A-listers at makikita mo yan sa mga issues ng mags nila. She's just in the supporting list. Title pa kaya! Fans Lang niya nagsasabi nyan.

    1. Walang masama. But we are talking about happiness and feeling fulfillment. Dyan nya nafeel yes kumikita, but does she see herself growing? Dahil naging drive nya money, it can’t last long.
