Scalper Guy

It is almost five in the morning and I just got home from my birthday party an hour ago. Thank you very much to all my friends who attended. Thank you also to all the Fashion PULIS readers who greeted here, on Twitter and Facebook. I have to wake up for my 11:20 am class in a few hours but I just could not go to sleep without posting a blind item.

Yesterday, this athlete sent a message to a lady friend informing her that he has two reserved tickets worth 2,000 PhP each for sale. He also told her that these were reserved tickets for the family members and friends of the athletes. When this lady met up with the athlete to pick up the two tickets, she was shocked to see that they were upper green bleachers worth 200 PhP each. She tried giving them back to the athlete but he refused to accept them because according to him, he already paid them on her behalf. She was even more upset when she later learned that the two tickets sold to her were just given to the athlete for free.

Do you know who this athlete is? Kindly observe the guidelines in posting comments and be reminded that initials are not allowed. I suggest that you follow micsylim on Twitter if you need additional clues.

Please send your juicy stories to: michaelsylim@gmail.com. Thank you for making always loving Fashion PULIS!

    ReplyDelete
  62. @Anon July 28 3:42PM:

While we're at it, GabbyP did not write "the title is IN the clue." He wrote "the title IS the clue" which is correct grammar. Another way of saying that is "the clue is in the title."

Wala ng kokontra. Hindi ito English 101.

    ReplyDelete
  63. kaya siguro sila natalo....they had so many things in mind...kasi saktong lumalabas na mga kalokohan nila.

    >>>> Please read GabbyP's post AGAIN. Your comment is totally wrong and, not to mention, unrelated to the topic.

    --------

The lady friend should've been more assertive in demanding for her money back. Papayag ka ba na harapan ka nang niloloko?

Grabe naman these boys, mashadong busy gumawa ng kalokohan. Do they really need this much publicity or sobrang sama talaga ng ugali nila?

    Belated happy birthday!

  71. Kontra na kung kontra but there is such a thing as perceived value. Law of supply and demand also comes into play

The real issue here is if there was full disclosure. Kung sabi lang naman ni seller na may ticket tapos pinatulan agad ni buyer then that shouldn't be the fault of the seller, diba?

BUT if seller led buyer to believe she was getting better seats then ibang usapan na yun.

    ReplyDelete
  72. Si FP, laging may BI about sa players na may black and white na bola.Bakit kaya?Super love ko pa naman sila (arf!arf!)O di naman kaya tungkol sa mga ka-family stars.Haaaaay FP.Kunsabagay di hamak na mas interesting naman talaga ang ka-family stars.

    ReplyDelete
  73. Mukhang SINGAPORE NGA...
    I just want to share...

    Joyzzz

    ________
GabbyP's English is NOT wrong ang mali yung pagki-critic mo.Kung titingnan mong mabuti tama ang grammar nya. Naguluhan lang siguro siya sa ibig nyang iparating .At siya nga pala, the term "english" does not equate "grammar."LOL.

    ReplyDelete
  75. FP i don't think this is valid kase for one, the tickets provided for the players, sponsors, etc etc are in the 300 pesos and up category. The reason why people got mad at why 300php rated tickets got sold out so easily was because of that. you can verify that with the ticket seller. so it can't be a 200php ticket. chismax lang ito.

    ReplyDelete
  76. ano ba sya manhid??dami na nyang/nilang kalokohan..ganyan cguro ka LOW at tanga or should i say GULLIBLE tingin nila sa mga pinay..hayz

    ReplyDelete
  80. S is selling tickets in his twitter page just now! 2000 tickets daw so i guess these are the same 200 tickets!

    ReplyDelete
  81. @Anon July 28, 2011 3:42 PM tama naman si GabbyP.. he didnt say the title is in the clue.. basahin mo kaya ulit.. hehe FP.. dali dali naman nito hahaha.. magagaling na mga readers mo.. next BI na.. pero si sarap talaga ng Greenwich pizza.. over ka ha.. nde na siya nakakatuwa.. nga pala FP.. nakasabay ko ung almost half ng players nila going to hk then to bahrain.. from manila to hk ang iingay nila lalo na ung mga pure pinoy na players.. at pati ung mga ibang alalay.. buraot kasi delayed na ung flight namin tas madaling araw na so siempre kami gustong matulog pero sila since magkakalayu ung upuan eh sigawan ng sigawan habang nag uusap.. papansin mga ewan.. full support ako pag dating sa field pero pag asa labas pwede sana umasta silang ng tama.. hehehe.. na share ko lang.. ;)

    ReplyDelete
  87. Ah, xa pala yun. Sows. Im not a fan of team A talaga kaya di ko nahulaan agad! :D More BI fp!

    ReplyDelete
  101. omg! i cant believe this. kung totoo man ito, super sad! mega campaign pa naman ang nanay nila sa kanila tas ganito sila?!?! homegawd.

oh well, im still a fan of the team and the team captain. hehe. :)

    ReplyDelete
  102. I REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE LOOK UP TO SOME OF THEIR MEMBERS. FIRST OF ALL, THERE ARE A LOT OF BETTER FILIPINO FOOTBALL PLAYERS. these half bred players are just in it for the perks, not for the passion of soccer. which by the way saddens me. ang yayabang na nung iba sa kanila, wala pang napapatunayan. HOW SAD. kagaya nito... IF HE REALLY WANTS TO PROMOTE FOOTBALL, HE SHOULDVE GIVEN THE TICKETS TO THE FANS WHO WANTED TO WATCH IT. kung ako ang MASUSUNOD, dapat, karamihan ng PLAYERS, ay pilipino. napaka SHOWBIZ na ng TEAM NA ITO. nakakawalang gana SUPORTAHAN.

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete
