My Wife is a Gambler?

This housewife has a gambling problem. She walks around the casino almost everyday carrying cash between one to two million pesos. She is no ordinary housewife though.  She is the wife of a young good looking politician who holds a position in one of the local government units. Her husband definitely has bigger plans for his political career in 2013.

When the time comes, I hope his constituents will consider his wife's gambling problem before making their choices. Let us remember, "Behind every man's success (or failure), there is a woman!"

  5. Maybe you should also not accept "Anonymous" comments.

  6. Which casino is this?

  7. @Jake doesn't matter if Mike accepts anonymous comments or not. We can always invent names. Not even sure if your name is really Jake. And anyway, Mike filters the comments so that's ok.

People, if you know whom Mike is talking about here, please tell me by emailing me thru wannabeanonymous2011@yahoo.com

I'm not just chismosa. I'm a also a voter and I would certainly like to avoid writing this politician's name in my ballot. Thanks!

  8. I think there's merit in the suggestion to not allow anonymous comments. If people are forced to comment through their FB/Twitter/Livejournal/OpenID then they will be more responsible with their comments, since the comments could be traced back to them. Or at the very least a valid email account.

Anyway, back to the topic. 1-2 Million almost everyday?!? Even if she did this every month, it would be shocking! Grabe, her monthly gambling budget will be enough to sustain hundreds of families for a year! Nakakagalit!

  10. Is the politician a former actor?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Asus!!!! A former actor turned politician?! Got it na. Another tale of "looks can deceive you" bec. wala sa itsura ng wifey na mahilig siya sa casino and she forgot the humble beginnings =)

  13. I'm not so keen in Jake's and dontaskmetosmile's idea. Maybe most of us are just not too public. Just saying.

  15. when he first ran for the position this scandal already arose along with a scandalous photo but they were saying he was the gambler. he denied it and said he goes to casino to accompany a "friend or a client" daw! un pala his wife! tsk tsk!

  16. not allowing "anonymous" comments is hypocritical. even other bloggers do not really reveal themselves in their own blogs, just first names (or pseudonyms?)without any pictures of themselves. that is just a notch above anonymous. just as long as the comments are filtered and approved by mike i do not see anything wrong.

    love, Anonymous :)

  26. Dear Eric,
Although the wife is well off. I am sure the husband also gives her the fund.

  28. patience & perseverance is a virtue...after waiting for more comments to filter in and periodically coming back to the comments i finally figured out who this politician is...and am shocked & saddenend by it. and i thought he was sincere in helping people, pala he just turned out to be like all the rest.

    ReplyDelete
  29. didnt he also ask many other politicians to go on an anti-illegal gambling campaign?

    ReplyDelete
  30. Sayang naman the politician. He seems very hardworking and very dedicated to his work. If ever this story is true, I just hope that the wife could be more responsible with her actions and hopefully she does things to honor her husband and his constituents. It will be a waste of talent for this public servant if the wife continues to destroy her husband's credibility by her actions. We can not help but talk about these people because they are public figures and are voted and trusted by the people. On that note, i could say that the husband should be man enough also to control his wife and not consent her selfish pleasures.

  31. if my guess is right, i used to teach his kids (wont mention what level & school) the kid was playing with toys, and telling me random stories, the kid said " i saw mom & dad kissing" i replied " thats okay kissing is a way of showing your love, thats what adults do..." while explaining further the kid interrupted "but they were kissing naked! and daddy is touching mommy on her chest!"

i must say, i was shocked and honestly i didnt know what to tell the kid hahahaha :))

    mag-lock kase ng door!

  32. Hi FP! I have just recently started reading your blog and I am really entertained. :) So, I also started to brush up on your past BIs.

Well, with regards to this BI, I don't think it's M. I don't know if I am right, but, I think the encircled numbers in the picture are connected to the actor/politician's initials.

  33. love the blind items you wrote.... its really entertaining... keep it up!
