    1. Kaya nga. Kung 500k costing niya ang ROI niya 8-10 years pa. Tapos during that period of time ang maintenance cost magkano kaya? Feasible yan sa mga sobrang taas ng bill like 20k a month. Pero kung less than 5k a month. One decade pa mababawi

    2. yup sa cost mahirap mabawi, pero maganda din mag solar if may total power blackout sa lugar.. lalo if may baby, elderly or naka wfh

  2. Penoys mentality: Zero electric bill vs. 2M solar panels + maintenance that won't even last 10 years :D :D :D I thought penoys are good at math??? :) :) :)

    1. Same. Kaya tiis2x nlng muna tayo. Make sure to turn off A/c or lights if walang gumamit or walang tao. Unplug din yung mga wires naka sak2x sa outlet. Haay, if afford namn mag solar, go kayo habang mag ipon muna tayo :)

  8. Iintayin ko na lang magkaroon ng generic manufacturers in a few years time.. just like any other “technology” once it gets normalized, malaki ang ibababa ng presyo.. and for now, may nakita ko na TESDA training for solar panel installation.. hanapan ko ng time makapag enroll since online lang naman para hindi ako mataga ng contractors ng solar power na yan in the future..

  9. We have solar panels, no batteries to store yet pero it halfs the bills. We considered it as part of our expenses when the house was being built 2 yrs ago. Our next investment is battery systems to store. Hopefully, we can be off grid at some point. That or ma zero bill rin.
