Don't listen to him. As long as you don't use AI to make your post completely not you, then you are good to use it. You can learn a thing or two like improvement of your composition and you can always tweak if it does not what you meant. As for the "artist" matter, if you just want to use it in social media, I think you are fine. Sometimes, we have deadline to beat and AI can do the job faster. However, the quality of work of a true human artist is irreplaceable.
So he uses AI but tells you not to use it :D :D :D Continuing penoy's tradition ;) ;) ;)
