Unfortunately even if you take them to court, the monetary amount for accidental death in the Philippines is so cheap it doesn’t justify the amount you will receive as real compensation. We need to establish a color flag system like in other countries when the ocean is safe to swim or too rough to enter.

May imbalance of power present - susunod ang bagong recruit na mga atleta sa coach nila - that is standard behavior in a team hierarchy. They were like sheep led to slaughter.

May nabasa ako sabi about sa tragedy na may weight daw na nilagay parang 20kls yun. Grabe kung ganun talaga hindi ka talaga makagalaw nun lalo na pag delikado pa dahil sa malakas na current.
Wala bang pool ang ADMU? Sa unpredictable environment (dagat) pa pinag training with weights attached sa mga paa, imbes na sa swimming pool. Mga basketbolistang ginawang marines at swimmers? Anong klaseng utak meron sila? 🤦🏻♂️
