As of early May 2026, only seven senators have signed the partial Senate Blue Ribbon Committee report on anomalous flood control projects, falling short of the nine signatures needed to file and sponsor it on the floor, according to Senator Panfilo Lacson. The report, which investigates corruption, has been stalled due to lack of support and withdrawn signatures.

The members of our congress, both upper and lower houses, are so incompetent. We have so many problems particularly in economics, yet their priorities are the impeachment (for political reason) and honoring BINI.
