  2. Again, if not for the OFW$ ang Pilipinas eh matagal ng nabankrupt at naging Bangladesh o Pakistan. I remember 2-3 years ago nasa deep sh1t talaga un economy ng Bangladesh & they're urging their citizens residing abroad to send money to their families in Bangladesh. Eh sa Pilipinas matic na yun. Every family has an OFW sending money to his family back home. Swerte ang gobyerno sa mga Pilipino sa totoo lang because they would do everything for their family. Pero sana the Filipinos would wake up and go for real change and purge in the government

    1. We are not dismissing that fact, but it is still just a fraction. Yes, it is a key stabilizer, but BPO remains the largest driver of economic growth if we are talking about sources of direct foreign exchange. What matters is recognizing that the country is progressing because of the collective effort of its people. Everyone contributes in their own way, whether employed locally, managing a business, creating products, starting an enterprise, or working overseas. Filipinos who stay in the country are not lazy. They work hard to keep the economy moving. OFW remittances are vital, but they are only one part of the larger picture of national development.

    4. 12:45, he isn't talking about the economic benefits, it's about this corrupt government not being able to provide jobs and in the process is destroying the family unit. 🙄
