Should Vico throw a party for the Discayas for naming names that may or may not be true? They just named names, wala pa nga yung paper trail. Ang point nya is the Discayas are still lying to their teeth while under oath and naming only few names which they think will be enough for them to be a state witness. Isa sa criteria para maging state witness is isa ka sa least guilty. That's the play of the Discayas here. Pinagmumukha nilang napilitan lang sila at kinakawawa ng gobyerno when in fact sila ang lumalapit. They are just as guilty. Di sila pwedeng state witness.

If matino ang Congressman at wala syang inaalagaan na contractor, hindi masyado makaka kurakot ang taga DPWH na sila lang. Kasama yan lahat, pati COA/auditor. So yes, dapat may makulong na Congressman, Contractor, DPWH, COA.
