Only Time and Distraction can help us move on. So do whatever that can distract you from dwelling on the pain. Ako talagang purposely lumipat ako sa super busy na trabaho, yung tipong matutulog ka na lang talaga sa gabi, wala ng energy na umiyak dahil sobrang pagod sa trabaho at masasabi ko talagang it helped me move on from the pain of losing someone.

ReplyDeleteAnd you have no right to police how people should grieve. Malay mo rin baka nakakatulong jokes niya to heal.
