Hindi imposible that she turned out extremely wealthy in her 40s if her money has been growing for almost 30 years vs. yung mga kasabayan niya sa showbiz who were breadwinners and may have even started with a negative net worth due to debt. Kahit ang tao na may average salary pero disciplined at consistent investor, usually it's in their 40s/50s na nakikita nila yung benefits dahil for most people, peak earning years yan at yung investments nila have been sitting there long enough na mas mataas na yung nagcocompound na interest kesa dun sa nilalagay nila. Kaya nga yung mga nasa FIRE movement, usually they achieve their goal when they hit their 40s. Arguably nag peak ulit si heart ngayon cause her husband is influencial, so na leverage niya yun to elevate her personal brand as a "crazy rich asian". Nagsurge yung mga brands na gusto siyang kunin as endorser cause yung aesthetic niya became aspirational sa mga pinoy. So all in all if we consider na this is her peak earning years via ads/endorsements and that her income has been consistently invested for decades, hindi talaga imposible na afford niya yung lifestyle niya. Many people raise the issue na she hardly ever makes it to the top celebrity taxpayer list, but there could be another explanation--na magaling yung nagmamanage ng wealth niya, which is feasible considering na business people ang clan niya at old money yung asawa niya pero mababa ang pinapakita na SALN. Common sa mayayaman to find ways to avoid tax legally or to hide the true extent of their wealth, for example at some point trump paid almost nothing in tax despite being considered a billionaire cause he took advantage of every loophole. Pag tiningnan mo yung forbes list ng pinakamayaman na pilipino wala yung mga spanish mestizo sa top 5 yet if you really look around these panginoon na may lupa pretty much own the whole country. This is why I don't think na pera ng bayan yung dahilan ng lifestyle inflation ni heart unlike the others, but definitely malaking factor na asawa niya si Chiz kaya lumago yung brand niya as an influencer, and in turn mas yumaman siya nung naging magasawa sila. You can't totally say na galing kay chiz yung mga gamit nya although I heard Chiz gifts her with expensive items especially on her birthdays which is normal naman pag asawa ka.
