1209, “iba kapag ibang tao na ang may say?” Since my teen years, I always say this: “Why care about what other people think? If you base your actions on the opinions of all those people, you’ll just go crazy coz they will have different views. How can you satisfy all of them?”
There are options how to deal with this. 1. Don't be on social media OR 2. Apply the Let them theory - because regardless of what we do, may masasabi at masasabi ang mga tao. We cannot control what they say and what they think but we can definitely control how we react on the situation.
My personal opinion - I don't think he had a breakdown because of online bullying. I think he had a breakdown because the online bullying triggered what's already in him. He might already be suffering within and regretting his procedures subconsciously.

Tama. Stop social media. Ang dali nga isilence ng mga haters and bashers online. Tanggalin mo lahat ng social media mo tahimik buhay mo. Naalala ko dati sa friendster pa dati may pa shout-out. Un kaklase ko nag shout out na naglalaba daw siya. Ngeee. Ganito lang pala ito. Bawat utot, bawat kibot ipopost mo. Tapos papabasa mo sa iba. Nagdelete ako ng friendster
Yung nagsasabi na DDS siya - naaalala ko nung time ng 2022 elections, marami siyang pro Leni posts. Nakapost sa FB page niya na he was for Leni. Siguro kung merong mag search baka makita niyo yung old posts niya. For Leni siya nung last presidential elections.
