True. I've had various experiences with different hotels from slow draining tubs, no drain plugs and a cockroach. Inform lang management and either they just had it fixed and change room. Apologetic pa and they give something for the hassle like a slice of cake or chocolate. Sakin lang lack of breeding tuloy itsura nya because of this rant.

Stayed there before. Medyo old property na pero for me maganda pa rin very relaxed ang feeling and malinis naman. Sad that their experience is not same as ours.
Buti pa kami nung nag resort kami sa Laguna hindi naman kamahalan ang bayad pero ang linis. No ipis at all. Resort lang yun ah. Diba ang hotels ay mas bongga sa resort supposedly. Di ko memention ang resort kasi baka sabihin nag advertise ako.
Madam, why not complain at the resort management, and not on social media. That is if you really want to address the issue, and not to get mere attention. Not unless you had and there's no action taken, then I rest my case.

Hindi practical and logical na ilipat sila basta kasi the other villas might have been reserved for other guests. Let's say now, available yan but the guests will check in the next day eh di magiging malaking problema lang not only for the current but for the next guest di ba? Kaya customer service or hotel management will do their best to solve the problem without having to move them.

Gusto yata ni madam mag bath tub but she can’t undo what she saw. Is it just me but I never use those bath tub in the hotels, ewwww. I rather die of chlorine intoxication from using the pool than soak in the bath tub. I don’t use those glassware either and their room coffee maker . I know which scrubs they used cleaning those. 🤮

ReplyDeleteTalk to the manager wag maghanash sa socmed, mahirap mag vacation pag peak season dahil they can’t transfer you to another room or villa just to please you, ginawan naman ng paraan at pag peak ang maintenance at housekeeping they are stretched too thin. If you think they are not properly trained to do their job in hospitality then bring that to the attention of the owner/s hindi soc med talak specially most of your hanash is about the smell of this smell of that, pinoys who mostly voted for your husband cannot relate.
ReplyDeleteGusto yata ni madam mag bath tub but she can’t undo what she saw. Is it just me but I never use those bath tub in the hotels, ewwww. I rather die of chlorine intoxication from using the pool than soak in the bath tub. I don’t use those glassware either and their room coffee maker . I know which scrubs they used cleaning those. 🤮

DeleteNagbasa ka ba 9.25? Di nga nag offer ng change of room diba kahit pa nasira yung water faucet. Ang dami nang labas masok na staff sa villa nila kaya stress na sila. Ako nga na mahirap lang nabubweset na pag may nasisirang piping sa condo tapos pabalik balik yung mga maintenance na parang mga walang alam sa ginagawa nila. Si madam pa ba na laking buhay mayaman di ma stress. Nagbayad pa sa 5 star resort. Anong klaseng hospitality yan? Ok lang kung nakitira lang sila sa bahay ng may bahay sa bora hahaha. E bayad e.

ReplyDeletemy sis and husband nya frequents solaire for staycation.one time,may tumawag sa kanila after they check out,nasa house na sila nun asking if nakita nila yung tray sa room nila kc nawawala daw.my bro in law as a calm person just says no..but my sis after hearing it got really angry and furious.She called the number back.she said "are you not ashamed at yourselves?asking your guests for a mere tray?do you know how much we spend per night at your hotel ans your asking us for a tray?well and ending binigyan sila ng free stay for a nught ng solaire.
ReplyDeleteYou'd be surprised at what guests bring home from hotels. From towels, to beddings, kahit lamp and water kettle inuuwi. Those costs add up.

Yes hindi ok experience nya sa villa nya pero yung management tried to resolve the issue naman kaso galit na si madam hindi na macontrol ang emotion kulang sa pasensya, ganyan talaga mga kamag anak ng may posisyon sa gobyerno o mga biglang yaman. She could have practice yung kasabihan patience is a virtue. Liit na bagay nyan, sana nagpalita na lang sya ng villa.

ReplyDeleteJusko dai. Dumating mga barkada ng husband ko from Canada mga pinoy na born & raised Canadian hindi sanay sa malalaking ipis. Dinala namin sa Boracay kasi ako naman as laking pinas proud sa mga beaches natin dito. Juskooo dai pagpasok daw nila sa bathroom nag liparan mga malalaking ipis sumigaw isang kaibigan nila nagtatawanan tas nag sig takbuhan lahat papuntang bathroom nagulat sila bat daw ang lalaki ng mga ipis sa pinas hahahaahhaahaahaahaahahha! Hindi naman sila nag reklamo pero sinabi ko kaagad sa front desk. Infairness naman sa hotel nilipat sila sa mas mahal na room for free ng 2 nights sabi ko no need na magbabayad na lng kami pero hindi talaga xa maiiwasan ang ipis eh kasi pag nag spray naman sila they need a whole day na walang guests

DeleteI think yung ginawa nya na nag call out pa sya in public eh ang purpose na nya ay ipahiya ang resort kasi I'm sure sa ugali nyang yan nakausap na nya management while nasa Movenpick sya at sya na misno nag sabi na labas pasok ang mga empleyado ng resort para ayusin ang problema so i dont see the need para idaan pa in public ang complaints nya. Pwede naman nya bigyan ng panget ng review sa mismong website ng resort pero talagang pinahiya nya ng todo kahit the management tried to resolve the issue. Dapat sila din pag nagkamali kastiguhin din at ipahiya.

Pero non of it was done intenionally and with malice. kapag edukada kang tao, you simply inform the management sa situation and ask for another accomodation. I wish she could have expressed herself better lalo na may pangalan kayo at sa social media kayo nagvevent ng fristrations. I would have sympathized sana. Tama na sana, mali lang execution. Lol

ReplyDeleteWell, kung pricey ang villa tapos may ipis/amoy ipis, then may biglang iba pang broken issues, may k naman sya to drop that poor review. Lalo kung that time na nag complain sya e, wala naman na resolve ang management ng resort. But coming from her narin, she noted staffs tried to sort everything for her. But sorry sila kasi g na g parin si madam. Kaya sya ay one of those entitled guests ng history ng resort na yan lol!
Wala man lang budget pang Henann or Shangrila tapos sobrang entitled 🤣

I hear her. Movenpick is not a cheap resort there. Nag babakasyon ka tapos bat may ipis?! And gets ko yung amoy ipis na ewan. Tama nga naman, anjan ka para mag relax tapos lahat palpak. Kaya napag iiwanan ang pinas lagi, kase yung standard ng service naten and quality hanggang una lang.
