    2. Chill ka lang. Income generating na ang Hacienda nya sa Zambales so chill ka lang. plus she mentioned ang Spain apt nya nabayaran nya na rin.

    3. malaki income nila sa farm ksi nagbebenta sila manggoes, kalamansi pati mga poultry and meat. so keri un. etong madrid is fully paid I believe kasi d pwd mag apply yta ng financing dyan unless citizen ka e golden visa lng sya.

    4. Bea will say thanks but, don't you worry, she prepared for it.

      Delete

      Delete
    6. "Need". Who doesn't need to work? Kahit nga mga bilyonaryo, they don't stop looking for opportunities to increase their wealth. Kaya poor people like you will remain poor bec of your mentality. Lol.

It takes years mga ignoramus.

      Delete
    8. 1258 It's called investment. Wala namang instant sa mundong to. Meron pala, lucky me pansit lol. May point nga si 1039 but the NAKU GOOD LUCK in the end is so pessimistic.

      Delete
    9. 1:33 ang point lang nyan is the more you have things to maintain the more you need to work, what if may mangyari kay bea? Meron talaga ganyan klase na tao mag isip wala naman masama, in the future sure ako bea will downsize or whatever,

      Delete
    10. ignoramus tlg? ahahaahahaha e yung galit mo halatang kaw ang fantard ng isang starlet e!!

      Delete
    11. Bakit sa tingin mo binili ang farm its an investment and there are only a few solid investments one can make na hindi nag depreciate one of them is property. So kahit hindi pa mamunga yun mangga in 10 years wagi na agad si Bea sa appreciation ng lupa. But the mangoes are being looked after so yes namumunga sya and may returns. Im sure theres many other ways that farm could generate income that Bea doesnt need to bother. And pwed ba wag mo idamay yun nananahimik na mt. Pinatubo. It hasnt been active since it last errupted in the 90s it may take another 50-100 years or not even para maging active ulit.

      Delete

Dpat laging maraming plans and back up plans pra manatiling nakatayo. Gahd, ayaw ko lng tlga ung unnecessary remarks like what u did.

      Delete
    15. Si 12:58 ung tipong hindi marunong mag invest

      Delete

They even have mga Falcata trees, in case hindi mo alam pwede din yang ibenta.

      Delete
    21. pessimistic ang isa dito. So sa takot mo dahil baka mapeste or matagal ang roi eh ayaw mo na gumastos at maginvest? waley ka talaba

      Delete
    22. 10:39 Oa mo. Farm lang hindi hacienda ui. 16ha cannot be considered hacienda.

Ok ito ang totoong difference ng hacienda vs farm, hacienda is spanish while farm is english translation of hacienda hahaha๐Ÿคฃ dont worry about pinatubo na din ha lols

      Delete
    24. dyeske ang mga walang diploma dyan nagmamarunong. maswerte talaga si bea hindi man siya graduate sa UP o anumang school mas may alam pa rin siya when it comes to handling her money. kaya ayan oh may investment. at pag sinabi nating investment ang meaning non d nagaaksaya ng pera si gurl at may plano siya kung paano palaguin yong binili nya. so wag ka ng mamroblema sa gastos dahil gagastos naman talaga yan para kumita. sa business you put in a capital and u take a risk. kaya yumayaman dahil nag take ng risk!

      Delete
LOL aminin. You are all driven by emotion. Pero you lack knowledge naman .

Madami silang apartment at dati may buy and sell ang mama niya.

      Delete
    28. 1:06’asus dami mo ring kuda against fanneys. I’m sure may money manager or financial planner yan si Bea so may tumutulong din sa kanya about her finances and investments. Bash pa more!

      Delete

      Delete
    30. 106 ipinagtaggol nga kasi alam naman nilang kaya ni bea na buhayin at imaintain yong farm. ano bang mali don? ita an investment an bea is capable as she has the money and the drive!

      Delete
    31. Ang laki ng hinanakit ng basher na to ni Bea, fyi madaming business sila bea,,, namanage ng mama niya ng maayos kinita ni bea, to name a few, me. Mga bldg silang pinaparent both residential and commercial, teens pa lang si bea naipundar na nila yun, search mo.

I’ve been to Madrid and Barcelona. I would chose to live in Madrid over Barcelona anytime. Napaka touristy ng Barcelona and ang daming pickpocket and scammers!

      Delete
    9. 11:07-I personally prefer Madrid over Barcelona. To each his own. Wag mema

      Delete
    10. No way, Madrid is more old school but way better to live in than Bacelona. Barcelona is beautiful to visit only, too much political issues between people, higher crime rate and too touristy at mas ma-traffic, mahal pa bumili ng property. Still better though kung ikukumpara sa Manila sadly. Kung may pera ka, look up Vigo, Spain. Dun I think is much better than both Madrid and Barcelona. Ang ganda promise.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 2:54 The original post has a connotation that since Bea is a good daughter to her parents, she is blessed. So what if it's the opposite? Hindi na nila deserve ng material blessings?

      Delete
    5. 11:24 You could've just said "Daming achievements ni Bea. Blessed." I'm sure nagsumikap sila kaya blessed pa din.

      Delete
    6. I hate that connotation na basta mabait sa parents blessed agad, it implies servility which is not a good trait. Aasenso talaga si Bea because aside sa magaling umarte, may magandang work ethic din and she has a mom who fully supported her.

      Delete
    7. There are different kinds of blessings. Don’t equate blessings to money and material things only.
