    6. Unfortunately yes para ma-expose ang ex niya, her motive is to shame the guy using media which despises the so-called altas (ayaw ng iskandalo kuno)

    9. Yes kasi if she does it quietly, dehado siya. Alam mo naman ang justice system sa akin, pag may pera ka you can do anything

      Delete
    10. It’s her strategy to be transparent specially since she’s fighting with a powerful and rich family.

      Delete
By the results of this particular case, panalo sya which means di lang gets nga mga tao ang point nya, pero apparently may point naman pala sya. Yun lang yun.

Buti nga to may frequent update. Just enjoy it. 😄

For every tenant or property owners.

    1. Summary hearing for a judge to decide kung dapat iextend yung TRO (20 days max including yung initial 72 hours) until yung preliminary injunction hearing. She's being asked to pay a TRO bond just in case mafound ng court in the future na di necessary yung TRO at nagsustain ng damages yung camp ni Victor.

      Delete
    2. Yan din ang tanong ko. Siguro if the case will be raffled agad 'di na pwede galawin ng VCDC ang property hanggang wala pang decision ang court. Then she needs to post a bond pa worth 200K ba if I'm not mistaken.

      Delete
    3. During yhe 72 hour TRO, thr court should hear the case and decide if a preliminary injunction must be issued which will be effective pending resolution of the case or unless sooner withdrawn by the court

Ayan o, may lease. 15. After seeing MW’s post, i cannot help but think kung ganito din ba kabilis ang aksyon if regular na citizens lang ang may kaso… nasasayang ang gov’t resources dahil sa issue nila.

    ReplyDelete
  16. This only shows na nasa losing end si MW... pabago bago ang statement plus asking for public sympathy na sya.. gusto nya magside ang public sa kanya.. MW yung criminal case ang asikasuhin mo at may warrant ka doon.. wag mo na dagdagan ang problema mo kasi by the looks of it company property ang sabi mo ng nakaraan ay conjugal.

    ReplyDelete
  17. as it should be. that was wrong of vc and company to force her out of her home and cut the electricity. if they wanted her out then eveict her legally. even that adultery suit doesnt sit well with me. that was done to intimidate and as a bargaining tool.

And last year pa sila hiwalay, bka okay nmn nung una yung arrangement nila kaso nung ngka bf na si M nakakita NG chance si ex na gawaing pang bargain yung kaso NG adultery sa hatian NG yaman.

    1. Alam mo mali si victor dito. Dba mayaman sya?

      Delete
    2. Bakit pinauupahan kay Maggie if Maggie is part owner? Kala ko conjugal yan? Ang gulo

      Delete
  31. Maggie is right. Property is conjugal until annulment is final and court decides who gets what. At the same time, the only party who can evict Maggie is the landlord. Consuji owns the property and is also the landlord . At the same token, Maggie is leasing the property. There is a lease agreement and Consuji can not evict per lease agreement. For those who are confused, Maggie is right. She's leasing the property and at the same time she also owns the property thru her-conjugal rights. . .unless there is a prenup agreement, then it's another story. Her conjugal rights are only limited to the percentage of ownership of Consunji. Looks like the property has several owners as per the number of defendants.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. No.This cannot be.May prenup sila for sure. But even if you have a prenup, you can own conjugal properties if it was aquired after the wedding. But why is she considered a lessee? If this is a conjugal property. Her name should be found on the land title or articles of incorporation if she is part of the board who owns this property.

      Delete
    2. If the shares of stock is inherited from the father or family of Consunji then its not conjugal as per claim (its excluded on the absolute community) fyi

      Delete
At bilang nag rerenta si maggie sa corporation, they cannot evict her without court order.

      Delete
    4. This is my assessment too. Unless there is a pre-nup agreement. Then medyo mahihirapan si Maggie dito. That we don't know yet regarding pre-nup agreement if meron existing.

      Delete
    5. The property is corporate owned, not personally owned by Victor, therefore cannot be considered as conjugal property. Having prenup agreement is another story.

      Delete
    6. Pinagsasabe mo 7:44??? Naloka ako.. San mo pinagkukuha yan? What's your legal basis?

      Delete
    7. Finally somebody explained it well.

      Delete
    8. 12:24, 7:44 actually explained the legality of it. Try mo pa mag comprehend baks. Hahahaha.

      Delete
    9. No.She needs to prove that in court kung bakit siya naging lessee? Owners are not lessee.Magkaibang magkaiba. Pag may prenup walang conjugal unless specific the prenup. Is Maggie's name on the land title to make it conjugal? Is she part of the corporation ?

      Delete
    10. 2:55, this is 7:44. Consunji is a billionaire, a sophisticated businessman. I'm sure there is a pre-existing lease agreement. The property is under a C Corp. In other words, the corporation is a separate entity apart from his personal assets. Consunji, as owner of the corporation holds stocks and is a shareholder but works separately from the corporation. He is his own separate entity also. Maggie is a lessee through a lease agreement and also owns conjugal rights although this can be negated if she signed a pre nuptial agreement. One who holds billions never ever co-mingle all their assets in their personal name. They do all their business in the form of umbrella witholdings, corporations, partnerships, etc. It can become more complicated . Yes, one can own and lease a property at the same time🙂

      Delete
    11. 9:11yeah thats the poit.Ang alam ko Billionaires, they are all protected by an iron clad prenup. Unless Maggie is part of the corporation that owns the property, then she is still considered a lessee and not an owner.

      Delete

      Delete
  32. What's the point of fighting for that property when she can't come home in the PH and live there anymore because of her adultery case?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Adultery case is a tactical move from the other party. It will be interesting how she fights it. Sa totoo lang, ang unfair ng law pagdating sa adultery and how it's proven laban sa men and women. This will make for an interesting case study for all if it unravels publicly

      Delete
    2. 1st it's her right, conjugal property parin yan, kahit wala na syang paki alam jan nasa batas parin na it's a conjugal property

  43. Gets ko naman at may point ang iba naten mga classmates dito na Maggie should have some pride and move to another home. Let's not shame men/women who wants to fight for their rights. Hindi pwedeng laging pride paiiralin.

I think she can afford naman to buy her own home. Infairness to her hindi siya tumunganga lang during her marriage. It's just that siguro ayaw niyang matapakan ang rights niya.

Frankly, mas lalo pa nga need to hustle and work more dahil malaking gastusan itong kasuhan nila ng asawa.

      Delete
I follow a lot of interior designers so I know which pieces were sourced from her store.

      Delete
    4. Wala na ang Acasa 10:56. It was initially named as Casa Consunji then she changed it to Acasa Manila because she doesn't want to associate her name Consunji anymore. I know this kasi insider scoop ito. So that being said is already the timeline of their rough marriage. So go figure. Nagbigay na ako ng clue.

      Delete
    5. Kung mayaman siya like you claim, bakit pa niya kailangan ng property nung guy.Why not buy her own house.

      Delete
    6. 5:08 there are many reason why she would stay sa house na yun; like location para sa school ng anak nya, a lot of times, yan ang dahilan why people stay in a certain area. or could be something else, but whatever her reason is, she has a right to stay there.

  57. This is one of my greatest fear is ung dating mahal na mahal mo na kinasal kayo and magka anak biglang ang ending demandahan and puro bitterness on both sides. I find this situation sad and disapointing. I hope maayos nila to sooner.

    1. Same here sis.

  59. Kaya be careful with the laws we currently have in PH which favors men over women in matters of separation…. You have to play it out wisely dapat lagi two steps ahead ang thinking. And not emotional. MW seems to have been played by VC after an amicable separation kuno, she jumped too soon in making ladlad with her new jowa. Habang VC and his company are just getting more evidence to ensure full custody of their son and also MW not getting her half with their conjugal assets. Tandaan, kids stay with their mom by default and it would take a proof of immorality or psychological mental illness to get the kid from the mom. Yun ata ang goal ni VC.
