  2. So his company will take over the Analog frequency of channel 2 till expiration on 2023.
I wonder what will be their platform/format.?Will they merge with AbsCbn ? Exciting developments

    1. ABS is not looking for a merger. Mahaba ang pisi ng mga Villar they can afford to pay top salary. Kaya lang I shudder to think na magiging boss din nila si Cynthia. "EYEPOOR"

    3. Papa-apply po ba sila ng artista? Charot!

    4. Maeexpire din sa 2023? Bilis naman. Or yung test frequency yung maeexpire?

  5. Hahahahaha, more profit to one of the richest oligarchs and political dynasties in the country. Too predictable.

    1. Yun ang issue nila diba nadisplaced ang mga 11 million workers nila(figure according to rappler). But still need to monitor their business ethics

      Delete
    2. 11:14 No sweetie. It only means mag apply sila sa new organization for few that are not chosen. In short, back to scratch ulit ang peg nila

      Delete
    3. Ang ironic lang kasi mag wowork sila sa isa sa mga dahilan kung bat sila nawalan ng trabaho in the first place (Manny Villar's daughter said yes to abscbn shutdown).

      Delete
    4. Pag kumakalam ang sikmura ng pamilya or kung merong need ipagamot siguro di mo na iisipin yun...its been 2 years.. And limited lang ang nabibigyan ng work sa abs now,, ang laki pa ng losses nila kahit andami nilang ka tie up ngayon na platforms... So be practical nnalang cguro lalot nasa gitna pa tayo ng pandemya

  9. His daughter, Camille, voted against the renewal of the franchise. Isn’t that conflict of interest?

    ReplyDelete

    ReplyDelete

    1. 2:08 so, lahat ng nag-no may balak din? Kaso si Villar lang ang may pambili?

  14. I am a kapamilya at tanggap ko na ang sinapit ng abscbn. I am not sure kung kelan sila makakabangon but i am praying for that. Duterte government was successful in shutting them down but it was really an evil decision. That was his only accomplishment in his 6 years term. Shame on him.

    1. 2:39 Lets refresh your memory. Nag expire po ang prangkisa. Dinaan na sa senate at congress for renewal of franchise, but wasnt approve. Kaya walang shut down na nangyari.

  15. Haha ayaw daw ng oligarch. Gusto kasi monopoly

    1. 2:58 Monopoly word will always be associate with ABS. Kaya nakarma big time

Kahit ibang network d perfect.

  17. ABS CBN is a thing of the past.

  18. Doesn't this look like conflict of interests and has krony capitalism stench all over. It seems self serving granted his family voted for the shut down. What was the tender process like during the bidding of who gets the frequency

    ReplyDelete

    1. Ano pa nga ba? Napaka.

    2. Crony di krony🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  19. His daughter, Camille Villar, voted yes to ABS-CBB shutdown. Kaya pala! Bayad utang na. Love na love naman pala mga oligarchs.

    1. Anong problema mo sa oligarchs? Only low-lives hate them.

      Delete

      Delete
    4. 5:51 Oligarchy concentrates wealth and power to the few. It endangers free market practices as these few can influence economic and political regulations to benefit themselves. Since oligarchs are in it for themselves, don't expect that they have the interest of the majority including yours. It's funny how you call those who oppose oligarchy as low-lives when these oligarchs don't even care about you. And no, you wouldn't get rich by defending them.😆

  20. Channel 2 is just a frequency. Surely, that number’s recall is strong, and would likely help boost their program line-up. But at the end of the day, it’s the content that you will put in that will matter and carry you through.

When some ABS CBN shows transferred to TV5, may ilang viewers na sumunod at sumuporta, may ilang hindi. Why? Depende kasi sa value ng content. Pag puchu-puchu, laglag sa ratings. When Kapamilya and A2Z channels were launched, kahit saang frequency pa sila napadpad, sinundan at pinanuod pa rin sila ng iba dahil sa content na gusto ng audience.

  21. From Kapamilya to CApaMELLA channel. Lels! :)

    ReplyDelete
  23. Kahit sabihin pa nilang frequency lang, o it depends upon the content, parang tinuldukan na talaga ang pagsara sa ABSCBN. Parang tinanggalan na sila ng identity. Shookt.
