    4. 12:21 AM - I think not. Andi's worst critic - I'm pretty sure - is herself which is the case for most women. We're our own worst critic.

    1. Oo, sa totoo lang di ko maintindihan ang mga ibang kapwa natin babae na kapag mataba love your flaws /all that matters is Im happy & confident with myself/don't judge me pero pag pumayat todo brag na my fitness journey/hardwork pays off. Wala naman masama umamin na hindi ka masaya sa katawan mo kaya ka nagpapayat dahil you want to look and feel good about yourself.

Tinanggap niya ung flaws niya then tintry niya ayusin. Ano masama?

  5. Being fat is a choice. Good for her for staying fit not only for herself but for her kids, too.

    1. 12:43 Being fat is NOT a choice for some people. There are some underlying conditions that makes it harder for some people to lose weight- thyroid, pcos to name a few. Being fat and being fit are 2 different things. I’ve been on both sides of the fence.

    2. 1:28 kung gusto maraming paraan, kung ayaw maraming dahilan.

    3. My gf has PCOS and it made her gain weight. Choice nya ba yun? Hindi.

    4. Tinamaan si 1:28. Hahaha Exercise mo lang yan te.

      Delete
    5. Excuses 1:28. Dami mong alam. Tse!

    6. I have PCOS. - not 12:43

    7. 1:28 triggered ka besh? tigilan mo nayan theatrics mo.

    8. You've been on both sides naman pala eh so it's possible na magpapapayat, tama ba @1.28? If walang solution kahit gusto mo, maiintindihan ko. Pero sabi mo, meron pero mahirap. Mas mabuti na yun kesa wala talaga.

      Delete
    9. 1:28, have you been watching what you eat and exercising everyday for at least two hours each day?

      Delete
    10. 12:43 if its true that being fat is a choice, who would choose or want it? Raise ur hands please. Im not.

      Delete
    11. 11:39 those who are lazy and would prefer to watch TV all day instead of going out. So yeah, choice mo yan kasi kung gusto mo namang maging fit and healthy, pwede kang pumunta sa gym or simply go running or walking.

      Delete

      Delete
    13. 1:28 there are people who have PCOS or thyroid problems who are working hard to stay fit and healthy kaya wag mong irason yan. It's difficult yes but it's achievable.

      Delete
    14. 12:43 so it's your choice not to. So choice siya, right?

    15. I have PCOS. I am a gym buff, I pay so much for meal plans and a nutritionist and yet I am still considered fat by society because I am not balingkinitan. I have tried so much not to have the belly rolls, my 30 inch legs and 16 inch arms. Yes i measure and in the past 2 years, 2 inch lang nabawas. while they are quite hard and slightly toned, they are still considered fat. Should I have people touch them so they know that it has seen the gym 5x a day, especially when they give me looks for wearing shorts?

Ive worked hard for my abs underneath the rolls (I can carry my 200lbs weight at 5'2). I am still considered obese despite my regimen. my fats are here to stay but having functional muscle is all i need. not moving around is a choice but being fat is NOT A CHOICE for so many of us. Society is the only one dictating that being healthy means you have a 24 inch waist MAX with a slender silhouette.

      NO.

If you havent experienced being fat, wag na kayong mag magaling dahil di niyo alam gaano kahirap. At kung payat ka nga pero di ka naman makaakyat ng 5 flights of stairs or makaakyat ng gallon ng tubig without being out of breath then wag ka nang magsalita kasi mas functional pa muscles ng ibang mas mataba sayo.

    16. I have an auto immune disorder and a thyroid problem. I will have it for life. I take steroids. I have chronic fatigue, joint pains and there are days when I can hardly get out of bed.

Mahirap ang may sakit. I know I can do better. But it is easier said than done.

Judging without understanding other people's circumstances and knowing what they are going through is common. Judging a person does not define who they are, it defines who you are.

    17. 10:32 AM - I reached 200lbs too when I was placed on steroids while undergoing treatment for a critical illness. and with my maintenance, it was impossible to lose weight even with exercise and a 1000 calorie diet. it was only when i stopped my maintenance that i could start losing weight.

many people can read but only a few comprehend. let's leave it at that. they know your story but still insist it's your fault. unlike pcos and what i had, walang gamot to what they have.

      Delete
    18. 3:01 PM - that's a very ignorant statement. why? fat people can be fit and healthy, but still be fat. and likewise, effort doesn't translate to results if you have a health condition and are taking meds for this condition which prevents the person from losing weight.
