    4. Mga ate, I'm not being sarcastic and please do not call me bobits.

    5. 3:18 Iba kasi kapag may foul play involved huhu not 5:20.

  4. Not siding with the alleged suspect pero parang hindi naman “heated argument” yun paguusap nila na nakita sa CCTV. Actually, pinigilan pa nga ng guy uminom si girl nung kinuha yung bote at tinungga. Then nakita din naman sa CCTV na totoong pumasok sa window si guy to help si girl. Hmmmm. Bakit parang ine-exaggerate nung side ni girl? I think di dapat mag side sa story agad yung mga tao

    1. Same thought. I thought I skipped some parts kasi I could not find saan yung “heated” na I kept reading about. I watched again pero parang may concern pa nga na mapi-feel mo emanating from Julian when he tried to get the bottle from her.

    2. Ikr. Porket bilyonario ang suspect matic agad may kasalanan. Only in the Phils šŸ¤šŸ¤£.. the guy is even very cooperative when being interviewed by the police. D na niya kasalanan kung magaling abogado nya at naka bail out siya, the lawyer was merely doing his job.

    3. dude before you make any comments read all the facts first! What's sad about this is kung mayaman ang kalaban mo at ordinaryong tao ka lang you will never get the justice you deserve lalo na sa Pilipinas pa!

    4. Baka nga clinically depressed si bree. Di lang matanggap ng family..

    5. Ikaw dapat magbasa ng facts Anon 6:41. Inaasume mo na basta ordinaryo ka, you will not get justice. Hello? Read about the case of Hubert Webb and Juan Francisco “Paco” LarraƱaga. Both were imprisoned by the "media". They were judged immediately dahil mayaman sila even if the evidence says otherwise. Si Hubert Webb my stamp ng US sa passport niya na nasa US siya during the day of the murder. Si Paco may picture with his friends in Katipunan during the time the Chiong sisters were abducted and killed. Both were sentenced unfairly dahil may preconception na ang tao na pag mayaman - salarin at ang ordinaryong tao hindi makakuha ng justice. Ironic isn't it?

Going back to this case, hindi porket feeling mo "ordinary" si Bree hindi na siya makakakuha ng justice. Besides, she doesn't even fit what we can call "ordinary". Sha hang out with famous and rich people - that alone doesn't make you "ordinary". She took drugs. She was drinking and even her mom said she had anxiety problems. You also have to consider those information hindi lang yung parte ng information na gusto mong paniwalaan

    6. 6:41, so we should all be just middling and coasting lang in life kasi when one is rich, there’s the danger na mapagbibintangan ka kaagad na may cover-up na nangyari?

    7. My thoughts too. I think so girl ang medyo may issues talaga. May the truth come out.

  6. WTF. So as described, he made it look like he "just discovered" the body? Isn't he aware na may cctvs?

  8. Please lang get the Forensic Expert , Raquel Fortun. So get her as quickly as possible. She is credible.

    1. Kasalanan din yun ng pnp for saying on media na raped yung victim without evidence pa nga.

  12. I think si Bree hurting and Julian was helping her then siguro yun mga bruises was from stopping her dling something stupid.Of course the family is hurt and i think in denial na nagda drugs si Bree.

  13. Is this description implying that the scene was being staged too look like a "break in" by an intruder via the bathroom window?

    ReplyDelete

    1. 12:12 Ongpin allegedly got the bruises from climbing thru the broken window in his attempt to reach Bree after she locked herself in the bathroom. sorry to have to say this i know the family is grieving but Bree and Ongpin are users and mixing alcohol + drugs + mental instability for the girl is not a good decision. the guy was obviously trying to get the girl to stop whatever was going on with her. Bree was not a child, she was 30, she should have known better.

i dont believe there was foul play. this was a ‘session’ gone wrong resulting to arguments and self-harm. sorry kay mommy pero your daughter made poor decisions leading to her death.

  14. The statement of the legal team was grossly inaccurate, insufficient and not legally firm. They could have taken a stronger, more legal assessment of what supposedly happened based on information so far available. Capitalizing on the undue release of Ongpin due to possession of cocaine should have been made as well, as an offense itself and as a possible reason that may likely be linked to the death of Bree. Finding cocaine with only him and the dead inside, is enough to hold him for inquest and immediate indictment. WARRANTLESS ARREST IS PROPER IN THAT CASE. POSSESSION OF COCAINE AT THAT VERY MOMENT HE WAS APPREHENDED IS AN ACT OF COMMITTING A CRIME AT THAT TIME. 12 grams of cocaine is not bailable, unless there will be a hearing proving that evidence of guilt is not strong. Also, holding him in detention, while subjecting him to medical examination, with what appeared as scratch marks on his arm, including drug test, plus initial autopsy report of Bree and possible wounds, etc. would have given them enough time to get sufficient evidence for prosecution for murder or homicide. With both cases that can qualify for inquest, even without charges first, the police has 36 hours to detain him for filing of a case within that period. I fear for Bree's case.

    2. Agree! Its possible that there's no foulplay involved but he is the only suspect in the area if we're talking about Bree's death. Isa pa, nakitaan sila ng cocaine and I read somewhere, not sure if its true, but he tested positive on drugs. Di man lang na detain sa dami ng reason to hold him in detention :( Tatsulok talaga.

    3. @319, excellent and carefully thought comment. sadly, we kinda know how this is going to end. sayang.

    4. But still possession of drugs is non bailable pero pinalabas nila

Let’s not forget yung kay Dacera. Pinagpilitang rape at kesyo hindi lasinggera ang anak but it all boiled down to her own doing and her friends even tried to control and stay beside her. Parang ganito din yun from every evidence coming out. Even she herself doesn’t know her daughter has a bf or taking drugs. But she’s clearly aware na may mental health issues anak niya.

  16. Thank you, sincerely 3.19

  17. The mother did not even know she had a bf, uses cocaine. Mahirap tanggapin but parents are usually the last to know and papaano naman kung walang foul play?
