    4. He’s been watching too much Fox News on cable tv. Janno, there are still millions of people waiting for their turn to get vaxxed plus those who refuse vaccination which is the reason for more outbreaks and variants to develop. Your earlier argument is about individualism and then when criticized you brought up “whataboutism”. Stop watching too much conspiracy theories on Faux News, my two cents.

    5. Not also a big fan pero bet ko ung pagiging outspoken nya esp pag concern na ng bansa natin. Keep it up janno

    5. If the restrictions will not be applied to those na vaccinated na, dapat ang passport nila for the whole family, showing na everyone in your household is vaccinated. If sarili mo lang iniisip mo, gaya ni janno, paguwi nyo ng bahay kahit vaccinated pa kayo, if yung mga kasama mo sa household ay hindi pa vaccinated, sila ang pinaka una nyong biktima.

      Delete
  5. Wag sana puro sarili iniisip sa panahon ngayon. Hindi AKO makalabas, ME ME ME! Given na yan mahirap na bansa tayo at matagal ma-reach herd immunity pero dahil nga sa labas ng labas mga tao kaya hindi din ma-contain ang virus eh whether vaccinated or not you can still be a carrier/spreader.

    2. I’m with you 12:46AM. Ano ba naman yung magtiis? As if sa Pilipinas lang nangyayari. The world calls for discipline and patience. Yung iba nga sa US sobra na confident porque vaccinated na ayun no mask pa sila labas ng labas so kumakalat din yung virus. So sino ang affected, the non believers, yung mga not vaccinated na widely available naman ang vaccine pero ayaw pabakuna.

  6. Janno has the point. If you are vaccinated, you should be allowed to contribute to the economy in consideration of your reduced health risk instead of being a burden together with the unvaccinated. Restriction in freedom of movement should be in accordance to the risk level of the person

You can’t just risk other people.

      Delete
    3. Agree. Hindi lang siya eloquent. But maybe we can do this sa fourth quarter when we have more supplies/vaccines and people are unvaccinated by choice na and not due limited supply

      Delete
    4. True. Jusko iba talaga tayo. Lol

    2. True. My sister who"s also there said that too in our last conversation. We also have a family friend who was fully vaccinated with Pfizer in New Jersey but was still hospitalized with severe Covid. Her doctors were puzzled and said why did that happen to her...So please guys follow the safety protocols still even if you are already fully vaccinated coz in reality all the vaccines are under Emergency Use Authorization only.

      Delete

Anong purpose? Nagpa vaccine tapos wala naman palang in incentive or benefit dahil walang nagbago sa rules.

Common sense naman kasi. If you are not sick / healthy, then you should be free to do what you want. If you are not vaccinated and not sick, then you are not a spreader because you cannot give what you don't have. This government have abused its power too much.

Being vaccinated is not a ticket to disregard safety and health protocols. If we want everything to get back to normal, let's pressure the government to spped up its vaccinatiin program. We could only start getting back to normal pag na-achieve ang herd immunity.

      Delete
    7. Countries are trying to reach herd immunity, which is to vacvinate the majority of population! So bago umabot sa 60-70% vaccinated, dadaan muna tayo sa 1%, 2%, 3%, etc. Bago tayo makarating sa herd immunity, the risk is still there.

    ReplyDelete
  18. For those asking about the purpose of vaccine, mga besh para po s protection nyo un. Possible p rin kse n tamaan ka ng covid, but the good news is, kpg vaccinated ka, less chance n lumala ka because pinalakas ng vaccine ang immune mo. Getting vaccinated prevents severe illness, hospitalizations, and death. Yun po un. Antibodies help your immune system fight the virus if you happen to be exposed po.

  20. Vaccinated people should be allowed to go out - not for fun but for them to work & contribute to the economy. I feel like most vaccinated people would be smart enough to make the right choices. Stay home if you can unless you need to.

    ReplyDelete
  21. janno has a point.

    ReplyDelete
  22. reading thru the comments, so anong balak ng government - keep everyone at home, regardless of vaccination status? wala nang lalabas ng bahay? wala nang tao sa streets? sa bahay kaya, hindi sila magkahawaan? kinulong na lang mga tao sa loob. it's not good for anyone's mental, physical and emotional health.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Such ignoramus. The problem with the delta variant is that it’s 5 times more communicable that the alpha variant. So even if you are fully vaccinated, you may not feel sick, but you can carry the delta variant and transmit the virus to anyone who is unvaccinated and even the fully vaccinated. Only about 5 million plus of pinoys are vaccinated. That’s a tiny number out of 110 million total population.

  28. he is arrogant and self centered. If he reads the IATF rules clearly, it does allow people to go out for essential reasons. There are really types of activities or businesses that can cause super spreader events. Once the number of assymptomatic goes up, it poses a higher risk to those unvaccinated. I don't think there would be household that will say they are fully vaccinated because there would still be the kids that are not qualified for it. Magisip isip muna bago bumanat. This pandemic is like a prolonged war, wala naman choice kung hindi magtiis. I am not siding with the government but you see how people are so irresponsible. Tamang ehemplo ba kayo?

  35. Let's talk numbers and facts to get things in perspective :) Take the 1918 influenza pandemic (aka Spanish Flu) as an example :) So nag simula siya nung 1918 :) The first licensed flu vaccine appeared in America in the 1940s :) Fast forward to recent years, the World Health Organization estimates that worldwide, annual influenza epidemics result in about 3-5 million cases of severe illness and about 250,000 to 500,000 deaths :) So 81 years later, dami paring namamatay sa Spanish Flu kahit na 81 years ng may vaccine :) If you want to prevent deaths from CV19, good luck kasi for 81 years, we have not been able to prevent deaths from the Spanish Flu even using the best and modern technologies of today :) These lockdowns will never end and the government likes it since they can control the masses :)

    2. hello.. did you ever consider the difference ng context noon vs ngayon?

yung movement ng tao and avilability ng transportation?
were you aware that majority of the countries before have designated quarantine facilities and others even made marine isolated facilities to quarantine and 'cleanse' in a way na lahat ng passengers ng mga barko.. They were forced to bathe, stay in isolation rooms as per class and breathe in machines?

That was the best they could do before.
People were more simple, more united in terms of politics and public health. Unfortunately, they didn't have the means and technology to develop vaccines like what we have now.

Isa lang naman di nagbago, our freewill.. pero sana we should all weigh in for the 'common good' of the population.

Marami kasi are refusing to not give up their liberties even sa minimal na inconveniences like wearing a mask or scanning codes para makatulong sa contact tracing.

Covid has become a race between countries instead of helping each other. Ang daming 'experts' and this has become so political na wala, instead na public health.. Political interests padin nangunguna. It is frustrating and disappointing.

Just like you, I am frustrated and disappointed but pinili ko nalang to become part of the solution instead na dumagdag sa problem. Mortality/Morbidity/Burden of disease. It gets so complex to discuss especially for those people who already have made up their minds about what they have to believe.
Pero ok lang, pero sana.. we should all be part of the solution at wag na magdagdag ng problema. Ang dami ng problema eh.
