  14. Shes Not payat shes fit and healthy :) when you have a trainer and train 2-3x a week maiintindihan niyo din. And yung build ng katawan maliit talaga kaya ganyan ang results tingin niyo payat . Kahit mabuntis pa yan hinde talaga siya lalaki. Once you lose weight and getting stronger mas nakakaaddict talaga mag exercise bonus na kasi ang pag papayat when u exercise pero your main goal is to be fit and healthy. This is base on my experience ha.... share ko lang :)

  15. Depende din naman sayo kung pano mo tatanggapin yung sinasabi ng iba. Kung happy kana talaga na mataba ka or payat, then fine. Pero kung nabobother ka naman na hindi na kasya mga damit mo sayo or hirap ka ng yumuko para magsintas ng sapatos, or muka kang maysakit at dehydrated na langaw then maybe you can create a better version of you. Don’t believe in these celebrities telling you about body shaming or love yourself kemerut. They won’t do intense work outs like this if they’re satisfied with their body in the first place. This is just pure self promotion and validation.

  24. Masyado kasing maliit ang body built niya, even her bone structure kaya siguro marami Hindi nagagandahan kahit sa totoo lang na feeling healthy siya . para kasing Hindi bagay, skin and bones talaga and she looks dry and tuyot.

    1. Not true na maliit ang bone structure nya or body built nya. Have you seen her on her starstruck days. She was on the chubby side. Yung mga maliit ang frame na sinsabi mo e yun yung mga all the time e talagang payat. Walang moment na jumubis kasi nga yun ang frame. Not true for kris though.

  32. Same kami ng built. Ako payatot talaga ever since bata pa. Nung nagtry ako mag gym with the goal of gaining more muscle mass, effective naman, nagkalaman ako ng konti. Wala pa trainer yun ha, app lang ginamit ko at nood YT. Naging conscious lang ako na mas dagdagan ang kain ko dahil nga my goal was to gain weight. 2 months lang ang laki na ng improvement.

    Kaya etong si Kris nagtataka ako, ang tagal tagal na nya nag-ggym, may trainer, and she claims na she eats a lot pero ang nipis pa din ng katawan nya.

    I just can’t help but wonder lang. Comparing it with my experience, it’s not impossible to gain muscle mass. May hyperthyroidism pa ko sa lagay na yun ha.

    Di kaya may mali sa routine nya? Anorexic ang dating nya sa kin, parang takot sya magkaron ng kahit konting fat sa katawan kaya todo workout sya lagi. Tingin ko she also counts the calories of the food she ears.
