  4. Hirap talaga pag ganito kahina ang utak mag analyze. So dapat magsaya kasi ginamit dito ang gastos?

    ReplyDelete

    1. Correct! Its a never ending cycle. Pero di nila alam yun kasi all they know is the aesthetic beauty kahit di nila alam yung underlying issues. Only shallow people will appreciate this.

  8. diversionary tactic ginagawa ng gobyerno this pandemic.

      Delete
  11. Maganda naman sya.. wrong timing lang. Gutom at jobless kasi ang Pinoy ngayon.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Yup. Gutom at jobless ang mga pinoy, pero priority ng gobyernong ito ay ang band aid remedy sa Manila bay. pampa pogi points so as to divert our attention away from the rising number of Covid cases, unanswered plea of our frontliners due to lack of cure, supplies and bed space for those afflicted, rising hunger and despair among our citizens, unemployment, children unable to attend school, and so many more that this government is unable to handle despite the billions and trillions of loans borrowed from so many countries.

      Delete
    2. Di lang sa pilipinas gutom at walang trabaho even 1st world countries are suffering right now hey girl! It’s pandemic.I’m here in health care is free but the people still feel uncertain. The Philippines is not the only one who suffered this one. It’s better to see white sand than smelly rubbish.

      Delete
    3. Nakakain ba ang white sand?

      Delete
    4. 5:45, klaro naman ang sinabi ni 5:43. Bakit nalito ka? No comprende?

      Delete
    5. 6:53, read 4:04 AM below. Natumbok niya. Huwag mo nang i-compare sa ibang bansa, let's start with our country's problems first which appears to be the common consensus, unemployment, medical relief, hunger.

      Delete
    6. I agree. Diversionary tactic. Nasa buhangin. So kahit wala akong trabaho, namatayan ako, wala akong makain, OKAY LANG PUNTA LANG AKO MANILA BAY. ANG SAYA!!! damn

      Delete
    7. 6:53 how can you compare? As you said healthcare dyan free, sa pinas hindi! Pati covid test may bayad! Hello! Pandemic nga! Bakit kailangan ng magandang tanawin? E lockdown diba?! Ok ka lang ba?!

      Delete
    8. May mga kamag anak ako sa first world na sinasabi mo -- US, Hawaii, Canada.

  12. funds have been allocated per department and besides DSWD handles the budget of the needy. So it's not the job of DENR to provide funds for poor people! At nasa website ng DENR ang concrete plan about sa manila bay at yung dolomite is just 5% of the whole plan! Solid waste management, proper sewerage, informal settlement relocation, holistic water clean-up, proper awareness at iba pa! WAG MARAMI KUDA WALA NAMANG ALAM!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. For being 'maraming alam", you're a tad ignorant. Funds can easily be reallocated by the office of the president in times of calamity. Nasa batas yan. How many times has the president complained na walang pondo for necessary spending tapos ito? Waste management a proper sewerage should have been done long ago and its a continuous process. Yang milyong ginamit sa dolomite could've provided more funds for job creation and pandemic relief.

      Delete
    2. Well, dapat yung waste management ang inuna nila coz that dolomite would be useless and a waste of money if come storm season trash will still wash on that faux white beach. Intiendes?

      Delete
    3. There was revision made to the Bayanihan act that the president can re-allocate funds when needed.

      Delete
    4. Isa pa to! Whether 5 or 50 percent lang ng budget the point is we are in the midst of a pandemic. Ganito lang yan, kung 300 na lang pera mo and you have to choose whether to buy makeup to look beautiful during a depressing time or buy food for your hungry children anong bibilhin mo? Let me guess, make up for you.

  13. That’s a technically enhanced picture to make it look wide. I’ve been in that strip of “beach”. It’s too small and narrow to even call it a proper beach.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Agree. Kahit hindi pandemic. We are a third world country at hindi natin afford magpaanod ng magpaanod ng milyones. Dahilan nila it was allocated before, pero may K lang tayo mag gaganyan if all our services and benefits e goods na. But we are VERY FAR from an ideal country.

      Delete
    2. Right? And i am sure those are the very same people who cry and post on sns just to have a bit of ayuda. Pero happy sila na inaanod ang milyones. Cant believe their mindset talaga napaka toxic. Tipong sarado yung isip for the sake of being "supportive"

Where is the money?

    3. Gurl, nagkaroon po ng power to allocate budget for COVID 19 just to remind you. So bakit nila pinagpatuloy ito if sabi ng tatay mo n wla nang pera?? Take note too n wla pang 2 months after maimplement ang emergency eklavu pero ubos n ang pera agad.

As a taxpayer, I am not happy. We have more urgent things to do right now. Alam ko, last year pa ang budget na yan, its just bad timing.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Susme hindi ako nagrereklamo dahil pinaganda, nagrereklamo ako sa laki ng ginastos during the time of a pandemic. If it was done at a different time, me budget surplus tayo then by all means do it. Ka wrong timing lang kasi. Ang laki ng unitang para daw sa Covid then here's a project worth millions na aapakan lang naman.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
From there alam mo na kung anong klaseng pagiisip meron sila. Not to undermine them, but they are too shallow and gullible!

      Delete

Lol ok

    ReplyDelete
  36. I hope people will realize that we have to balance everything. Yes, we are in the middle of a pandemic, but that doesn’t we have to stop everything that has been planned para lang magpamigay ng pagkain sa mga tao. What do you want?
