    1. even more expensive if this house is in los angeles or california. it's so expensive to have a house in california.

    2. Baka share-share ang family nila sa pagbili ng house na yan. Skyrocketing ang price ng mga bahay lalo na sa California.

    3. Palagay ko family house yan; hindi future home nila ni Enrique...

    4. She bought her grandparents a house in Visalia, California where she was raised by them.

    5. Eto na naman ang magagaling. I live here in CA too kung magsalita kayo parang wala ng makka afford bumili ng bahay dito. Pano kung talagang magaling syang mag save or may mortgage sya di natin alam lahat so wag magsalita na tipong super yaman lang nakakabili ng house here.

    6. 2:39 totoo naman mahal ang bahay dito sa CA lalo na prime cities. I live in Mendocino and my home value is $699k which is an average price for Northern CA. Visalia is in Central Valley so I'm estimating nasa $300k ang decent house. Pero sa ibang state mas affordable like my sister-in-laws house in TN it's a little over $350k pero 5 bedroom na.

    7. price of the house depends on the location, here in chicago u can buy a 1 bedroom condo for $200k but go in the suburbs u get a 5 bedroom house for that price, location is the key.and unless u pay in cash mahirap talaga, but u can do monthly payment so not that hard for her stature.i don’t think her house is in beverly hills or calabasas..

    8. She can call her own nga daw diba? Obviously, kanya. Please don't underestimate her endorsements, movies and tv shows.

    9. Sa dami ng endorsement nya and hit lahat ang movies and teleserye nya plus simple lifestyle, she can afford to buy a house in the US. Matagal na nyang dream yan.

  10. I agree with you. US citizen si Liza, as long as she can prove with her income that she can afford to pay her mortgage (which she can for obvious reason), it's just easy to buy a house here in US. Ang dami kayang Filipino na may bahay dito.

  11. She is a good role model and inspiration to the youth out there. Always humble and level headed ang batang to.

  12. Hindi talaga sya nakakalimot magpasalamat sa tao at sa Diyos.I love this girl.napaka humble walang Kaire ire kahit sikat na sya di lumalaki ang ulo.

  13. She bought this house with her own money for her grandparents who raised her. Imagine, she bought one for her dad in Pinas and now for her lolo/lola in the US. She has helped out so many already. This is why this girl is so blessed.
