    1. After her friend Sulli's suicide in October, siya na naman. Hindi na siguro nakaya ang series of unfortunate events sa life niya.

She was in the news before because of physical altercation with her then non-showbiz BF. Afterwards, Sulli's suicide then siya na. :(

    2. Sa mga di nakakaalam, she was severely assaulted by her ex-boyfriend more than a year ago. You can google her medical report to know what kind of horrors he inflicted on her. Then he made her kneel down to him and made her beg not to release their sex tape because he threatened to ruin her. She was physically and mentally and emotionally abused. RIP Hara. May justice be served.

I actually dont understand in what aspect they scary. So with a lot of issues ive been hearing these days, mukhang nkakatakot nga sila

  6. She attempted already prior to Sulli’s incident but survived. It’s sad it had to come to this in the end. I really wish things like these will stop happening. Not only in the KPop community but around the world as well. I hope we’ll all try to be more connected and kinder to one another. Hugs.

My best friend in college nag take ng maraming pain reliever at suicide attempt na nga talaga kaso nagising pa din sya. Marami din dito sa Pilipinas. Hindi lang masyadong tanggap pa or halata.

    2. Knetz and many others are irrationally vicious to anyone, anything, and everything. Most notably, they never learn from what happened to Jonghyun and Sulli (only a few of the many individuals who committed suicide due to bullying online and offline).

    3. Anon 2:29am di kasi sila Christian, Buddhist ata sila o Taoist at madalas naniniwala sila na may "next life" pa sila. Kita mo naman what kind of belief they have sa mga themes ng KDrama nila like yung Goblin tapos yung latest na Hotel del Luna.

    4. Siguro dahil hirap or toxic yung showbiz and music industry dun.

Kami hindi mayaman so walang explanation yan. Hirap iexplain. Kaya maraming ayaw magpatreatment sa Pilipinas kasi jinajudge agad.

    9. 10:45, wla yan s religion

      Delete
    10. Actually, studies show that people who are religious are LESS likely to commit suicide than people who do not practice religion or go to church. I am not saying walang Catholic or Protestant na nagpakamatay...they are just LESS likely to commit suicide because they believe than committing suicide will cause one's soul eternal condemnation. I am not 1045 by the way, but I agree with him/her na Buddhist believe in reincarnation kaya mas madali sa kanila ang nagpakamatay.

    11. Ako si 10:45am, very-well said anon 12:16pm. Kasi andun yung may takot ka sa Diyos at alam mong SIN ang to take your own life like suicide, kaya pansin nyo di man lahat pero karamihan sa may faith kay God ay todo tiis sa mga trials at nakapit lang sa faith kay God and it works naman. Which most Koreans ay di Christian kaya sila ganyan na karamihan ay feeling miserable compare sa mga Pinoy na halos lahat naniniwala sa Diyos kaya LESSER suicidal rate dito.

It can be that these enhancements make them feel that the people adore you for what you have become physically and not for who or what you really are. Nawawala na yung self worth mo at kung meron it is based on what and how your fans perceive you. I used to work in an organization that had Korean consultants. The men can be so deplorable in how they berate women and employees. I wonder how these KPop talents are treated by their management.

    3. I read something about how Some K pop stars are signed up in a contract, wherein 1) they have to live in a dorm uprooted from family, thus family support is withdrawn, 2) plastic surgery is required for their “job” in show business, 3) exposed to a business with access to drugs, 4) I don’t know whether they have a strong spirituality whatever religion they belong to, 5) “manufactured perfection” in social media is the norm, wherein di Na yung totoong authentic/ tunay Na ikaw ang minamahal mo at ng mundo, Kundi superficiality lang lahat ang mahalaga. 6) Plus, whatever curve ball life decides to give you, such as an illness, social stressors, etc.
There can be more factors that prevent suicide, but among these, importante ang pamilya, mga kaibigan, communication with trusted people or professionals, spiritual connection, your purpose in life, counting your blessings, etc. RIP

Hara’s depression was accumulated, I’m sure from way way back pa. Na-trigger pa ng husto due to recent events. RIP Hara.

  15. She was emotionally and sexually abused by her ex-boyfriend. Even after she filed a lawsuit and sent him to jail she continued to receive hate from Korean netizens and got called names. Now her ex is out there living freely and ang netizens hugas-kamay.

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yes, nagtataka rin ako how their industry work bakit ang daming suicidal? Pero medyo mahirap rin kase parang pag dumating yung time na hindi na sila mabenta, i mean as a group, disbanded na. So dapat as an artist flexible sila pero ayun lang siempre may ibang di kaya yung nawaley ka sa limelight. Parang ayun dapat yung matutunan ng korean artists, otherwise madali talaga sila ma- depressed.

Kaya takot sila tumanda saka mawalan ng fans pag ganun age na..isa pa & feeling ko pinka important part, most of them are not like us sa pinas na catholic o christians na alam natin pag nag suicide eh..impyerno na for sure ang punta. Kumabaga may matindi tayong takot sa diyos..
