    3. You're missing the point. It is not about fashion, it is about patronizing fake items! Maybe you urself ia a fake user kaya ganyan ka. U can use something more affordable or local or unbranded basta legit kesa branded na fake. SMH

    4. onga baket maraming galit pera ba nila yung pinambili nung bag?

    5. Counterfeit yun bag so illegal yun. Live and let live daw ano ba yan. Its not being a snob it is pointing out that she is doing something illegal by promoting the use of fake or counterfeit items.

    7. 1245 why buy fake in the first place? U can buy cheper brands but at least its real. Fake is immitation and immitation means stealing. Immitation means pretending something u are not. Fake luxury bags means showing people u can afford them but in reality ur just faking it. It says a lot about ur personality. About what kind of a person are u... im disappointed with her.

    8. Fake is never fasyown. Fakes are for fakes.

    9. 12:45 It’s about being pretentious. It’s about resorting to fake items (because at this point, Is Meg even using authentic stuff?) just to be ‘in’.

    2. In other countries, bawal talaga mag dala ng fake branded items like bags, huhulihin ka. Kaya it's advisable to always keep the original receipt inside the pocket of your branded bag while traveling. If you can't afford an original branded bag, just get a generic one instead.

      Delete
    3. Local bags i agree mgganda din quality nila but local sandals and slip ons, hindi pa ako convinced. The soles are not of good quality for me. Nakakadulas so delikado sya.

      Delete
    4. True!

      Delete
    5. True! I agree woth you about our local brands, mura pero maganda ang quality...

      Delete
    10. 1:27 ganyan kasi ang trademark sa LV. There are bags or items sa LV na ganyan ang kulay (may cream or white color rin) and ganyan pattern. Baka rin zinoom ni commenter

    1. Tama! And as a celebrity, a promotional opportunity, meaning, puwede ka pang gawing endorser as tinatangkilik mo yung produkto nila. Win-win situation. Kesa yung magmumukha kang cheap at trying hard for sporting fake products.

      Delete
    2. There are links to these illegal activities since some, if not most, people behind the production of counterfeit items commit these crimes as well because they do unfair labor practices such as employing children, some of them smuggled. So counterfeiting is linked to human trafficking (for cheap labor) as well as funding terrorism and money laundering (this is where their profits go).

  19. Ang daming hanash ng basher. She’s probably filthy rich who can afford everything she’d like. A lot of people from middle and lower class opt to buy fake brands and that’s with harmless intent, it’s simply because they can’t afford the authentic ones. It’s just entirely discriminating to generalize people who own fake brands as supporters of terrorism, child labor etc. The basher needs to get a grip and see the matter at hand away from his privileged viewpoint.

    ReplyDelete

    1. Yes it's their choice. But, Fake is fake. Pwede namang bumili ng hindi kilalang brand.

Personally, i'd rather use canvass/cloth bags kesa gumamit ng fake. Hello nakakahiya kaya if it caught somebody's attention and ask you about it. Lol.

      Delete
    2. Fake is fake! Kung di afford, wag bumili ng fake. Kaartehan yun! Ang daming bag na mura. Wag ijustify! Social climber ang mga nagfefake items!!

      Delete
    3. buying counterfeit items is just like patronizing thieves. girl, if you can't afford high end products then save in order to buy one. you're only fooling yourselves thinking its ok to buy counterfeit.

      Delete
    4. If you can't afford original designer bags then buy something in the range that you can't afford. Buying counterfeit is th and masabi lang na sosyal.

      Delete
    5. If you cant afford it then why buy the fakes? You're just fooling yourself. Save up for important stuff instead. And what the commenter said is true. Counterfeit items do fund more illegal activities.

      Delete
    6. Wrong. It cannot be without harmless intent because buying fake items IS STEALING. These are not just bags, they are creations of people who deserve to get a share of profit from their ideas, design, execution and name. Brands are not just something you plaster on an object and brag about. Brands are created over decades of hard work, creativity, quality, excellent customer service and reputation. In short, napakalaki ng puhunan bago ma establish ang isang brand. They deserve to earn that back. Huwag po natin sila nakawan.

      Delete
    7. Harmless intent na pala ang ibang term for bragging of having those luxury brands which are even fake. That’s social climbing at its yuckiest. No real happiness in there, can’t imagine.

      Delete
    8. Or buy preloved basta orig! Daming kulot utak dito pagtatanggol pa ang mali

      Delete
    9. There are bags affordable at almost any price range. Buying fakes is so disgusting. I have no respect for anyone who does.

If you cannot afford why not buy something within your means instead of buying something na illegal. Kung gusto mo naman talaga ng branded you can do your best to save up for it.

      Delete
    13. Bakit ang oa rin nang mga commenters dito? eh di kayo na mayayaman nkaka afford! agree naman ako sa id rather buy local bags than buying a fake one, pero bakit ang big deal naman yata pati supporting human trafficking ka echosan nyo, fyi ha maraming bumibili nang mga fake designer bags or fake brands sa divi or saan pang bankita kasi mas mura pa rin yon kaysa local brands specially pag sa mall price na for those people na below middle class or yong 1k bag mahal na sa kanila but it doesnt mean ngpapasosyal na sila or sumosuporta sila to promote human trafficking.

  22. Tapos galit sa namimirata ng movies. E gumagamit naman ng fake bags.

    ReplyDelete
  23. Real talk.

    6. Pag may branded bag, obligado magpautang? Anong puchu puchung reasoning yan? If you can't afford the original, buy other brands na afford mo. May SM parisian, may secosana, heck may online stores selling bag from Marikina.
Andami pa naidahilan, but in the end, purchasing fake screams insecurity at pagiging TH.

      Delete
    7. Ikaw yan girl. Di ka naman artista.

      Delete
    8. May mas murang bags naman na authentic ah? Why should you buy fake ones. And paano ka magiging obligado magpautang, pera mo yun so ikaw ang may control hindi ang mga nangungutang.

      Delete

      Delete
    2. Say thank you. That’s all you have to say, my dear.

      Delete
    3. Just say "thank you" and don't elaborate. If they ask where you got the bag from, just say it's a gift. I don't have fake things by the way, but the above practice also applies when someone you don't like wants to engage you in a conversation, and you don't want to be rude by ignoring them.

      Delete
  29. for me people who buy fake are social climbers.
i have a friend who can afford to buy original so
she buys a few orig ones and then the rest are classA. her mentality people wont think it’s fake because they know i can afford to buy orig.
so there, not all social climbers are poor hahaha

  33. The bag is obviously a fake one. At yung ganyang style walang tassle. Hindi siya floppy tingnan tulad ng kay Meg, and the color masyadong dark kaya obvious ang pagka fake .

  42. Counterfeit items in any form should not be patronized. Fake is a fake it can never replace the original. That is the reason why China's economy is booming because we patronize their cheap counterfeit items.

    ReplyDelete
  43. ALAM PALA NIYANG FAKE GINAMIT NIYA PA. BAKIT DI NIYA ISAULI SA SELLER KUNG TALAGANG TOTOONG NAGULAT DIN SIYA NG MALAMAN NA FAKE PALA. HAHAHA BINALANDRA MO PA GIRL! Talaga bang di mo alam.. Or talagang you patronize fake and act as if victim ka kasi nahuli balbon ka na fake?!

  44. Using fake makes you cheap. You're an artist, in public eye, and you want to be known as a user of counterfeit products? It can be forgiven when you don't know it is a counterfeit, but knowingly doing so? For what? It reeks of social climbing and negatively reflects on your character.

Besides, there are so many durable, functional, and beautifully designed bags. You can buy genuine, branded, bags without breaking the bank. You can check out what are offered by Aldo, Carpisa, Nose, Guess, Charles and Keith, Cath Kidston, Kate Spade, etc. And if you really want high end brands such as LV or Ferragamo, save for it, don't resort to fakes.

  45. I’d rather buy genuine product even if cheap, than buy fake to want to look rich. Like wtf everybody knows you’re wearing fake I cringe. Dami sa Buy and Sell nagpapauto bumili ng fake items akala nila ikarerespeto nila magmukhang rip off. I see fake on you, bye felicia!
