    1. At least may hustisya na din. Kahit gaano man katagal. Justice and karma is real. So ang moral lesson, wag maging bully. May kalalagyan ka. Mapa-school, office o kalsada.

      Delete

      Delete
    5. In other words, kung hindi nag viral at hindi napahiya ang Ateneo wala parin silang gagawin.

      Delete
    6. Eh yung mga co-conspirators nung bully? What about them? What is their penalty?

      Delete
  2. The press release letters seems rushed. Hashtags, really? Good decision, but three years too late. Some news that the bully and his family left the country for US today.

    1. Buti nga may punishment eh. Dami talagang reklamo.

    2. Wow lumipad dun coz of this or me plano na talaga silang pumunta dun dahil bakasyon? Yayamanin!

      Delete
    3. I hope they didn't go to the US and expect no one would recognize them, or at least the kid. We are pretty updated with everything that's going viral in the PH

      Delete
    7. 1:47 kasi nga po sana hindi na maulit. Pag hindi nag reklamo na late na yung justice, eh di hanggat hindi sisikat sa socmed hindi mabibigyan ng hustisya in the first place.

    1. Sana sa public school. Tignan natin kunb uubra siya.

      Delete
    2. So many people are saying “sana sa public school” bakit ano ba tingin niyo sa mga public school students? Bullies lahat? Bullies are everywhere but it is wrong to say sana sa public school.

      Delete
    3. Eh totoo namang magulo sa PS or public school.

      Delete
    4. di naman siguro te pero lets face it mas matatag ang mga nasa public school mas kaya nilang ipagtanggol sarili nila against bullies kaya doon di sya uubra dahil talagang makakahanap nya katapat nya

      Delete
    5. I think what they meant is mas matibay pangagatawan ng mga bata sa public school. Lol. Kumbaga, mas palaban. Dahil yung iba, di ganoon ka privilaged. Kaya sanay sa hirap at sakit.

      Delete
    7. matitibay mga bata sa PS. Taekwando champ lalaban nyo sa mga bara-bara boys? geez you don't know anything about fighting.

      Delete
    8. True 5.54..hindi naman negative yung sinabing sa public school..kids there seems though at nakakatuwa yun..kaya nila lumaban kung suntukan lang usapan lalo na big kids gaya ng nabully nung bata..the little kid picked on some na bigger but di kaya lumaban..baka ang ibully nya naman sa ps is yung maliit sa kanya..ang dpat sa bata ipaintindi sa kanya na ang pangbubully is very wrong at paghahanap ng away at gulo is very wrong din..kasi kahit san sya magpunta kung hindi nya natutunan lesson sa nangyari sa kanya ngayon wala din he will still do it..

      Delete
    9. Why put the public school students in a predicament where they would have to be defensive? Leave the public school system alone.

      Delete
    2. The bully kid will be very heavily affected by this and for sure he will suffer the consequences of his actions.

      Delete
    3. Home school seems like the best solution. But they have to hire a tutor because the parents walang tiyaga magturo sa anak. Adult supervision is still needed for home school. Akala ko din online lang hindi pala. The address posted hindi pala niya bahay. The poor family who lives in the Cainta house gets hate packages and are terrified. This runt lives in Mandaluyong.

      Delete

    ReplyDelete
  8. Three years too late and then you came up with this hashtagged statement? Really? Will you even dismiss the bully if not for his videos going viral?

Little punk and family apparently flew out of the country.

    ReplyDelete
  9. Now you know the gelairing truth that justice exists in our country becoz the president himself
executionary the judicial jurisprudence versus bullying

    ReplyDelete
  10. Walang signature ang president

    1. Nakalimutan baks. Mas importante daw ang hashtag!

      Delete

      Delete
    3. Electronic mail kasi. For security purposes daw kaya walang signature. According to my Atenean relatives the presidential seal daw is enough?

      Delete
  11. I think the bully's companions should have been dismissed too. The one taking the video and the other students who accompanied him. Just to be fair because they all participated by giving support to him.

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Hindi pa po tapos ang imbestigasyon. Inuna lang si Montes because of socmed pressure. Those who took the videos and even those who saw what was happening but did not report are being investigated. Of course this is just sugar-coating but still no matter how late, we, parents of Ateneo students are very much happy with this turn of events.

      Delete
  12. So yung nambully lang?

  14. I want that teenage boy to know how being bullied feels like. I want him to be bullied as well. Not on social media. I want him bullied by teenage boys, same age as his, do to him what he did to that person inside that comfort room, and realize how it feels to being helpless. Teeth for teeth.

I'm sure the kid learned his lesson the hardest way I'm still praying for a forgiving society, and together as a nation, we will overcome this and see the beauty in the eyes of the children. LOL pang miss Universe yan ha..but seriously, i pray for healing between all parties involved. And I really, truly want world peace! (miss congeniality :)

    1. hindi itollerate ang bullying pero dapat talaga magkaroon ng counselling between psychiatrists, bully, victim and the parents. Bago sila maghanap ng bagong school para sa nambully o kaya they should consider home schooling. Ngunit hindi pwedeng walang consequence ang pambubully

      Delete

      Delete
    3. 1:11 if wala kang anak or nagbabalak ka magkaanak, magdasal ka na lang di nya sapitin na mabully.

      Delete
    4. Yun iba minsan because theyve been provoked. In short theres a trigger (but not justifying others wrong doing, violence is never acceptable and not the way to resolve an issue or a means to release anger) Pero itong bully na to ano ba kasalanan nun ibang bata na binubully nya? No trigger whatsoever from the other camp just plain arrogance. Who the hell he think he is to think he has earned the right to physically hurt anyone he pleases to? Napakasamang nilalang. He should go down until he realises how evil he is he should continue to suffer the consequences of his actions.

  18. sabi dismissed, so walang klaro kung makakabalik pa ba yan sa school, totally expelled or pwede pa ba makalipat ng ibang school?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. Pls read. NAKO naman.ndi NA nga mkakabalik

      Delete
    2. because the term dismissal is not in their rules so there are two things, makakalipat ng ibang school or totally hindi na tatanggapin ng ibang school.

      Delete
    3. Expulsion, a permanent removal from school for conduct or is it Indefinite suspension, a removal from school for an indefinite period for conduct? kasi nga ang term na ginamit Dismissal which is not in the handbook.

      Delete
    4. Dismissed lang. Kicked out kung ayaw mo dismissed.

      Delete
    5. Dismissed meaning Ateneo already kicked him out. Expulsion, where he can no longer enroll in other schools, Department of Education ang may hawak ng final decision.

      Delete
    6. So it means they will still issue a certificate of good moral conduct to Joaquin?

      Delete
    7. Read 2:38AM’s post. That explains it perfectly.
Dismissal means He cannot step into Ateneo or study in any of its affiliate schools. Pag expulsion BANNED FROM ALL PHILIPPINE SCHOOLS.

      Pag

      Delete
    8. Pag expelled kasi mahaba habang proseso yan. Meron pang mga committee na bubuuin to look at all angles. Pag dismissal mabilis lang.
Mga tao nga naman hindi makuntento. Parang lynch mob pa rin ang ugali.

      Delete
    9. dismissed and expelled are two different things in Ateneo kaya nga nakakaba ang dismissed lang. expelled is like persona non grata and dapat lang ganon - angry mom

      Delete

  19. Hahahahaha...kasi may video kaya napahiya sila.

    ReplyDelete
  21. school should have sanctions as well for having allowed that to transpire under their noses for three years.

    ReplyDelete
Baka mas ingat lang sila of witnesses ngayon dahil diyan. Equally bad are those who verbally bully. Kasi unless ma-record mo clearly saying hurtful things mahirap patunayan.

    ReplyDelete
  23. He lived a very comfortable life and not ordinary as it appears, and yet, i think he is lonely. May he carry in his heart the biggest lesson on this whole situation.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Justice is served and will continue to be served as the bully and his failed parenting parents suffer the long term consequences of their actions. Dun na sila sa US at subukan nila gawin ulit yung ginawa nila dito. Tignan natin saang dumpster pupulutin yang Joaquin Montes na yan.

    ReplyDelete
  25. What would be true justice for this kid is for no school in the world to accept him. Endure some hardship naman. You are just fortunate to have been born na may kaya.

Kung bata pa lang ganyan na sya, what more paglaki nya?? What kind of parents does he have na hahayaan nila lumaki ng ganyan yan??? So disgusting the parenting skills some have today. Kanino pa magmamana yan

    ReplyDelete
  26. Mag homeschool na lang siya. May tatanggap pa kayang school diyan. Di naman yan mabibigyan ng cert of good moral

    ReplyDelete

I would make my child work, ipapako ko siya sa bukid if I have to until mahimasmasan. Let my child experience the hardships of the underprivileged, who would give anything and help their parents just so they get educated. I will take some of his "privileges": mobiles, internet access, I will even remove the door from his/her room if my kid is disrespectful. He/she would be thrown out of the house if he/she is an adult and gives me problems despite all the care and attempts to help him right his/her ways.

Why? Because I also have other children, his/her siblings who deserve just as much attention and care and time. I have a spouse, who has the right to me as well. An ungrateful, rascal child should not be allowed to totally disrupt the peace and quiet of the home I've tried to build.

  30. both of them are originally from Marist, the Montes brothers, pero napapaaway talaga sila. his kuya was also dismissed from Marist then transferred to San Beda and kicked out. they both transferred to Ateneo since they're smart kids and can afford such big tuition fees.
