    2. Sadly, it's not obligatory. My husband had days off pgpanganak ko but they deducted it from his paid vacation leave.

  2. i guess if you're a big business owner, kaya mo isupport ang fully paid maternity leave. But to extend it to the fathers as well? Or to extend the leave of mothers beyond the recommended? Just asking lang from a business owner's point of view. Sino namn ang hindi gusto with a longer paid leave di ba and for the husbands as well??

    1. paternity leave for dads who has work.... to be paid by the dad's company/employer... And not to the mom's...

    2. Usually naman moms and dads don't work at the same company dahil may rules ang big companies about dating coworkers etc. So keri yang bill na yan and applicable for most

    4. Kelangan malinis skin mo kung skin to skin interaction anon 6:01, ok yan pag kakaligo mo lng. Nagka rashes anak ko nuon kc allergic pala sila sa pawis ntin kaya lagi nmin sya binabalot pag karga nmin. Napaka sensitive ng skin ng baby lalo na pag new born. 1 more thing, bawal i kiss ang new born sa face lalo na sa lips, mahina pa resistensya nila.

  4. Dito sa sweden 1 year. Pag may work ka 80% of your salary ang matatanggap mo monthly for a year. Pag wala ka pang work mga 25k pesos a month for a year din. Meron din sa papa

    1. You're lucky coz whoever's paying the parents can afford it. Dito sa pinas, i don't know saan kukunin budget for that esp for small business owners.

    6. Di lang nassbi ni ms sweden that you psy 50% of your salary in scandinavia ksya afford ng scandic nations, including sweden, to give that maternity leave. So quits lang. :-)
