  2. Do not say it is just call center job when you haven't even tried for one. It isn't a joke to make your customers understand their bills/plans or make a sale. You must have the skills so that a problem your caller asks you to solve becomes an opportunity for you to address the grievances, provide the necessary solution, and still get a sale commission. It is not easy to spend 8 hours minimum talking for a living.

  3. I'm sorry but, HOW COULD YOU?! Yung trabahong nilalait mo ay may malaking parte sa pag angat ng ekonomiya natin, matataas rin ang taxes na kinakaltas sakanila at nabigyan ng bpo industry ng maraming trabaho ang mga Pilipino. D man kasing laki ng nakukuha mong "easy money" ang sweldo nila pero ang importante, marangal ang trabaho nila! Kapal ng mukha mo Polo!

    2. Yes. Ginamit nya ang pag lalait sa mga nag wo work sa call center, para maka hikayat ng ma uuto. Meaning yun talaga ang tingin nya sa mga nasa call center industry. Since madami ang nag react, so mag so sorry na lang sya. Pero kung walang nag react paninindigan nya ang statement nya.

    Ke ano pang trabaho, basta marangal at hindi ka nagnanakaw, nangloloko ng kapwa o nangdidispalko ng tax ng taumbayan, hindi dapat maliitin

  18. I am not working for a call center. I used to look down on this kind of job coz I thought it was a no-brainer. I tried to undergo their training. Ang hirap pala. Hindi sya no brainer. In fact, kailangan mo ng utak don. So much respect for people working there. And that industry gives good benefits and career advancement ha. Kaya wag small-in, Polo Ravales!
