    1. is it wrong for the owner of the house to refuse her(caterers)macaroons. bea wanted to give kris the ones she (bea) bought, why bother to buy the special food if it wont be seen on tv, maybe may tie up din si bea sa ibang sponsor, who knows.
      nag-apologized si caterer becoz nareprimand ni kris, pero on her own, I don't think she would do it.

She should, Teh kung ganun kaganda bahay mo may karapatan kang magbigay ng Restrictions, dapat inisip ni Caterer yon, kahit free service yon promotion dapat sa kanya yon, free endorsement na sana eh. Dapat nag complain siya sa Production staff or kung sino nag invite sa kanya and resolve the issue silently, nasa Service Industry siya, Dapat alam niya yan.

Based on her rants ni hindi sila nagkaron ng confrontation dahil plastikada sya, fake smile kay Bea yun pala kung ano-ano na ang ginagawang posts. Nainsulto lang naman sya dahil feel nya dapat sa loob sya ng bahay pinaghintay e hindi naman sya invited guest ni Bea at saka pinapalitan yung macaroons nya. E sa may preferred brand si Bea, hindi rudeness yon no!

    5. no, medyo faux pas rin naman din yung pagpapalit ni bea ng macarons dahil part rin yun nung spread ni caterer. medyo insulting rin naman talaga yun. kind of unfortunate lang din siguro na hindi aware si bea that the woman was not your ordinary caterer na tipong anything goes lang. let me make it clear lang that i'm not siding with the caterer on the general aspect. unprofessional pa rin talaga yung way nya to express her grievances pero di rin naman totally dapat ma-overlook yung ibang points nya. I honestly think walang masamang intentions sina bea but maybe just maybe lacking din for knowledge on proper decorum about certain situations. unfortunately it resulted to ruffled feathers na lumaki at lumala lang dahil nga sa maling pagbabash ni caterer on social media. She could have made her point without resorting to name calling.

      hindi gratis yun, wala man binayad ang KrisTV sa services nya,..free advertisement and PR na sana yun sa resto nya...she would never have been able to afford KrisTV's advertising rates

We're all human beings. We all make mistakes. Nagkamali si caterer by venting out his anger on FB, eh di naman yun magagalit kung tama ang trato sa kanya ni Bea, di ba.It was just blown out of proportion cuz artista pinagsalitaan nya.. Mga artista naman kase,dont let success get into ur head. Treat people the way u'd like to be treated. Yun ang best advice.

  64. i could vouch for bea's good attitude. nag-cater kami sa isang big event ng abscbn (choco fountain) years ago. siya lang ang game na magpa-picture kasama ng set-up namin. yung ibang artista ayaw...gusto pa yata mag-present muna kami ng endorsement contract! haha!

  71. Cliche but the customer is always right. I own a pastry / coffee shop and have customers na over kung over mag tantrum and the requests are so out of this world. My staff are trained on how to use the proper tone and statement - never ever fight back no matter how worse the situation is and never sound superior. we have a zero tolerance policy for rudeness. i dont care if kasalan nang customer, you just dont fight back. kahit anong dakdak na nang customer, hindi dapat pwede pumatol. customers pay a premium for our products and when you have a business, this is part of the package.

    kung hindo mo kaya, huwag ka mag negosyo. even if bea was a brat, well, what can you do? she is your customer. if she tells you she doesnt like your macaroons, wala kang magagawa. you, as a business owner, should prioritize what your customers want, not what YOU want. i hope you have learned your lesson but really, sayang ka. you just lost a big clientele by making it public.

  77. Well, well, well. This just shows how influential people will handle things like this. It may seem that it is no longer relevant if the caterer's rantings are true or not. The caterer apologized and that takes courage. What mattered to the powers that be are the effects of such on their talents. Sino pa ba ang mag de defend at will sing high praises sa mga involved siempre ang network nila and the staff. Since involved na si Kris A. dito kailangan i defend nya at ng staff nya si Bea bilang guest nya sa program nya. Si caterer naman, di sya masisira, those who know the caterer well can still vouch for her yun nga lang not through any network but by word of mouth. If her services and food is that great who cares about what Bea or Kris says. Walang paki-alam ang mga sosyal sa sasabihin ni Kris or ni Bea or ng network. Business as usual for everyone.

  81. Said caterer is unprofessional (using social media to vent her frustrations/anger) and has no self control. Worse yet, matapobre...looking down on drivers/help and even Bea's background but "worshiping" on Kris. She can't control her anger...makes me think if a customer complains and she gets mad, she can easily spit on the tea she serves the customer...yuk! I know what business not to patronize.

    Simple. KrisTV is taping inside the house. The maids had to wait outside para di sila mahagip ng camera.

    Why was the caterer made to wait outside as well?

    Same reason. Di pa time para mag set-up siya ng food. Nagte-taping pa sa loob. Baka wala space sa loob for her to wait.

    At times like this, it is the production staff's call. Dapat sa prod staff sya nagalit, hindi kay Bea.

Edi kung di niya feel umupo kasa ng mga driver at yaya edi sana sumakay siya ulit sa kotse. Baguhan palang puro reklamo na. Di yan nakapagtrabaho sa tunay na kusina na 10 to sawa ka nakatayo.
