  1. Sorry FP, Cranberries may have generated a couple of great songs back then but to be honest, they were one of the boring concerts experienced....good on CD but not worth it live as they are not performers....they probably will be good watch to their more avid fans...

  3. But then again foreign act, eh. Alam mo naman mga pinoy, basta foreign act, para ma "in" at sosyal kuno, ipangungutang para lang makapanuod. What's up with the concert scene in the Philippines? every month na lang foreign act, what's with the local artists?

    1. What local artist? First, what we have right now eh ung mga nagcocover lang ng old and new songs. Gaya gaya. These are the artists Ogie wants to protect. Mediocre. Second, Anne Curtis and Judy Anne Santos had hit albums and Anne recently had a concert! Do you know what that means? Record and concert producers would rather pour money into them than legitimate music artists. Third, see Sarah Geronimo? She does more artista work - ie hosting and soaps - than music. Most likely because she can't sustain a successful career on music alone. Kelangan maging circus performer - lahat gagawin para maging successful. So what local artist? The entire industry is screwed. And it will never improve because people like Ogie and OPM would rather protect this system that perpetuates mediocrity than take real measures to protect artists and promote local music talent.

    3. So when people buys foreign act tickets they are labelled as sosyal? I dont get it. You shouldnt have click this page if foreign acts does not interest you.

  4. Ang mahal ng tickets and it's OPM's fault! With their protectionist policies, majority of their members will remain mediocre. Kahit mas mura tickets nila, still not worth the money.

  6. Please madami ding mga mediocre na forein acts! Saan magsisimula? I see attempts of local talets to stage a show, pero hindi man lang pinapansin. Just admit it, madami talagang foreigner wannabes na mga pinoy!
