Deemed Entitled

Rumors about the diva-like behavior of Upcoming Singer (US) are making rounds after an incident with Young Performers (YP). During an out of town local show, US was upset when he found out he would be sharing a room with YP. Rather than tell The Organizer (TO) of his displeasure himself, US instructed His Handler (HH) to deal with the issue. US did not want to appear as a problem, so he had someone else air his issue.

HH did as instructed and TO could only scratch his head. HH said that US does not share his room, as he needed to vocalize and practice prior to his performance.US wants his performance to be perfect so as to create impact onstage. TO said that other celebrities have been invited to perform as well and the rooms are limited. There is no other room to spare for YP. HH did not budge, as he knows US will throw a fit if his wish is not granted. After a few seconds of thinking, TO offered an office for YP to change and prepare for their number.

When YP learned that US was going solo in the assigned dressing room, they could only wonder. They have performed together in many overseas shows and are comfortable sharing accommodations already. YP could not understand why US suddenly felt not wanting to be with them for the local show. YP had no choice but to take the offer of TO. At least, the room was airconditioned, as the heat was unbearable.

YP looks up to US, as the latter is older and has achieved a certain status in the local and international arenas. YP, of course, would like to reach the level of US, as he is considered an idol worthy to be emulated by starting talents. However, after the incident of being driven out of their shared dressing room, YP might have a change of heart.
