However, what made LV more popular were the various controversies that hounded her professional and personal life. When people thought that a major faux pas ruined her career in showbiz, LV managed to rise about the issue. As soon as the tense atmosphere cleared, the industry gave LV another chance. This time, LV was more mature as the controversy almost ruined her. Nonetheless, nothing matches the excitement of the lovelife of LV.
The colorful lovelife of LV started very early. To this day, her family has stressed that had they not intervened then, LV would not have had a lucrative career. When she was finally able to settle down, the stakes were high, as her love interest was fabulously wealthy. This stature softened the acceptance of her family, as the love interest had money, unlike her previous partners. However, money became less priority when LV realized that her fairy tale was not what she had expected.
Still, LV managed to hold on and the industry was kind to her. Once again, LV revived her career. Given all her experiences, one would expect that LV could have been humbled by the lessons she had to learn the hard way. The very basic lesson of not judging a person based on his/her looks apparently had been missed out by LV.
During one of her trips with her partner, LV was approached by a Plain-looking Woman (PW) whom LV assumed to be a nanny, as PW had a child with her. PW asked if she could have a photo with LV. With her usual air, LV turned down the request of PW and said that she was on vacation. However, LV did agree to have a photo with the hotel staff a few minutes before PW came over.
The next day, LV took a second look at the woman next to her. This woman was carrying a highly expensive brand of bag, wearing fine jewelry, and carried herself with a certain pride. LV realized that the child next to this woman was the same child as the one with PW. In a few seconds, LV realized that the woman was indeed PW, whom she had snubbed a day earlier. In front of the hotel was limousine and PW and her child entered the vehicle. As LV waited for her cab, she asked around as to the identity of PW. LV was shocked to learn that the woman she looked down upon was the wife of one of the members of the royalty of a certain country. Dismayed at what she had found out, LV had to learn the cliché all over again. Judging a book by its cover might be a cliché, but still, such wisdom prevails.
