I have dealt with customer service in the US and other country and believe they also have lapses -they even have the gal to tell the customers to "shut up" and lines like, "go ahead and sue us-we always win anyway". I think that minsan maxadong mataas lang standard ng ibang tao and they cannot be pleased and people should understand may hangganan din ang customer service kasi there afe rules that you have to follow or work around with-kung customer lage mong pagbibibgyan eh maluluge din biz mo. Yung iba dito sobra naman maka judge about customer service-try nyo kaya mag work tingnan natin kung madali lng.
