While I don't agree with how Manny handled it, I agree that the resort has the right to enforce rules that in the first place informed na naman yung mga clients. Siguro, in a more empathetic way lang sana, find a compromise. Sa totoo lang tayo, we cannot expect everyone to adjust to us. Our rights must not impede other people's access to the same rights. And other clients of the resort has a right also to relax in silence. We ask for understanding from the resort to handle special needs people, but did the mother also tried to understand the T&C of the resort?
