12:32 yes. Having a sibling is a very good idea. Malaki ang matutulong sa socialization and interaction ng PWA kung araw-araw niyang kasama ang sibling niya. Iba yung closeness nila. And the sibling will also learn empathy, care, and patience from his sister who is PWA.
