PRRD was not perfect, but he have done a lot of good things during his administration compared to all his predecessors combined.

But make sure the witnesses don't just fingerpoint but should have additional evidence to back up their claims. Hindi pwedeng basta magtuturo ng kung sino sino pero walang proof sa kanilang claims.
