Wellies are utility boots - you use that when you farm, when you go for walks through mud and rain especially in cold weather. Wellies in the tropics? Bad idea. The're rubber and you will sweat like mad, even develop skin problems. I prefer le chameau (fave ni Kate Middleton), Barbour and Hunter. If you live in England, you'd get it. IyKYK.
