Me plano seguro si S to work both in Pinas and Paris, may deposit and accounts naman, may projects rin, may property rin naman ang family niya sa Switzerland. Nagiisang anak pa siya. In the EU, if you work hard and you get good projects, it is not impossible to buy good property. Ako nga eh, nakaya ko dito sa UK. Granted nasa 300K £ lang yung property pero never in my life I imagined na makakaya ko. I grew up in a small town malapit sa Bacolod, produkto ng public school. How much more this girl?

ReplyDeleteMeaning the property is within the area of Arc de Triomphe if it's near Av. Foch. We lived in Av.de Wagram before and tbh who wants to live and raise kids in Paris?? Most esp in the heart of Paris?? It's horrible! Better go to the suburbs- western side where there's peace and quiet. For that price you can get a nice house with a big garden plus there are areas with International Schools too. We moved to Maisons-Laffitte and my kids attend Ermitage and we loved it!

Romantically portrayed sya but in reality, makalat and madumi, mabaho (amoy pee yung ibang lugar), maraming mandurukot, at may mga homeless people minsan na natutulog sa sidewalks. It is charming, sure. But Paris is not all that. Mas magaganda pa nga countryside like Normandy and Provence.

ReplyDeletebeen watching L’Agence since season 1 it is verry different from the drama and chaos of selling sunset this is more family oriented. what i noticed is it’s a mix of those who are serious buyers and some are models because i dont think theyll have enough real buyers who want to be shown on camera esp now theyre also doing show for a local network in france. you will notive that the ones that really buy has crazy money they dress simply you can really tell the difference of crazy rich europeans than crazy rich asians..there’s another filipina charmaigne ung name super simple no bling etc you can tell she’s has money.. also the way they take care of their grand mother majo is heart warming.. the son of charina is also super cute. it’s almost like a filipino household. Sara fits the show she speaks fluent french and OA naman nag sasabi na walang pang bili maybe wala maybe meron if she has a swiss passport technically she’s an EU national and probably she can get a loan hindi nya kailangan bumili ng cash as for the 5 shows maybe she included ung count ng viewing ng clothes and dinner invites but i dont think it is literally 5 shows lang in their language. i study french hindi naman lahat may direct and literal translation sa english.. let’s just be happy for filipinos na nag feature sa intl shows

ReplyDeleteNABASA KO LANG POST NI XIAN GAZA ----Malaking kahibangan yang Paris Paris home na yan. More on profiling lang yan for keeping her highso image kahit hirap na hirap na. Ni wala ngang pang-travel yan eh. Ultimo pambayad ng kuryente pinapangutang pa niya, daang milyones na Parisian property pa kaya? Gusto niyong malaman kung ano yung totoo ha? Nakalimutan niyang pabaunan ng lunch yung isang anak niya. Sobrang kawawa. Lunch time walang pagkain yung bata. Gutom na gutom jusko. Napaka ulirang ina. Nag-report yung teacher sa principal tapos eto namang principal nagkwento sa isang kumare niya na nagkwento sa isang parlorista habang nagpapakulay siya. Yung parlorista ay siyang hairstylist ng isang model na kaibigan nung isang influencer na tropa ko. Kaya nakarating sa akin. Ayun.

ReplyDeleteNagrrent lang dati si Richard and Sarah sa Ayala Alabang. For surr hiwalay sila ngayon, rent lang din tinitirhan niya sa Ayala Alabang. Schoolmate ng anak ko panganay nila sa Zobel.
