Rep. Marcoleta Blunders on Wrongly Attributing Quote to JLC, Rep. Cendaña Corrects Him as Quote was Said by Piolo Pascual

Paolo Marcoleta cannot even get his movie references correctly WATCH: At a House hearing, congressman Paolo Marcoleta tries to quote John Lloyd Cruz in "One More Chance," claiming that the character Popoy said, "I deserve an explanation, I deserve an acceptable reason." He was arguing that the public deserves an "acceptable reason" if the House panel were to open the tax records of Vice President Sara Duterte . Marcoleta is mistaken. It was Piolo Pascual who said that line in "Starting Over Again," another Star Cinema film that came out in 2014.

    Yes importante ito. Pero ang daming crisis sa Pinas at Peso is so weak. Ito nalang ang inaatupag nila. Samahan mo pa ang presidente ngiiscoop sa di umanoy pagkahuli ni ZC. At after 48 hours naman ay nakalaya at nasa France na.

      1:45 maaga kasi agad nag-announce yung pangulo natin. Siguro excited siyang ibalita sa mga Pilipino na nahuli na si ZC dahil sa malaking perang ninakaw sa flood control projects, etc. Sa sobrang daming pera, kayang mag-bribe. Marami namang bansa na mid-level ang corruption, hindi extreme tulad dito sa atin. Anyway, for those who don’t know: ZC was stopped/detained by Czech authorities due to immigration issues. Nilinaw pa ng DOJ na hindi siya “arrested, restricted movement lang daw. Since walang formal arrest, hindi siya puwedeng i-hold indefinitely. Wala ring valid arrest warrant/Red Notice (hello Interpol, ano na nangyari? documentation issues ba, strict legal screening, or still under process yung red notice, etc.). Going back sa pagka-release niya by Czech authorities, aside from what I mentioned above, wala rin tayong extradition treaty with them. Ang daming legal explanations dito, pero sisi agad sa pangulo. I’m not even a fan of the current president. Si Leni ang binoto ko but sana huwag agad magpauto sa fake news peddlers.

    And this is why Nepotism never ever works. The patriarch holds power, the kids 'inherit' it. Bakit ganun, hindi naman tayo monarkiya at lalo naman walang mga hari at reyna sa atin? O meron ba?

    Ang kenkoy talaga ng mga politiko sa atin. Both dds and admin walang mapili! Nag aaway away cila wala pa din naman results kawawa pa din mga pilipino.
