As a Mom, she should let the relationship take its own natural course. Let him explore friendships & relationships as long as he can. Don’t be such an eager beaver. Unless there is abuse, then step in but don’t force the relationship as if it’s his great love already. He should meet as many as possible & interact & go on dates so that he can discern who jives with his attitude & lifestyle. Let him go out on dates without being under the microscope. The couple will lose privacy. Let them hang out & travel as friends.
