You previously claimed that these allegations were merely propaganda spread by your political opponents, yet it has now become evident that you have indeed engaged in indecent and inappropriate acts. Ibang usapan ang privacy sa 'remorse' o actions niya. Ang point, di niya binigay ang consent to record this intimate and private act and to publish it. May damages na kasama yan, lalo na it affected his image and work. Given na malaswa ang act, the point is that his privacy was broken.
Actually, kaya niyang kasuhan with punitive/financial damages ang nagpublish na partner. Just because he is the male partner eh ok lang. The law applies to all, whatever sex/gender.

Decency and lewdness - ibang usapan yan. Immorality, iba ring usapan yan. Dahil kinuha at nipublish ng babae ang video without the consent of the male in the video, nalabag ang privacy laws. No matter how 'bad' and 'lewd' or indecent the guy is, his privacy and consent were denied and trampled upon by the female's act.
If you violate someone's privacy without consent resulting to damages to reputation, then you have broken the law. In this case, the guy is the victim. Nevermind that he is 'lewd' or immoral sa mata ng tao - the female is not excused. The female partner violated the law. Therefore, she has to be held accountable.
So, magdedemanda kna ba after ng investigation? Or palalampasin na lang din dahil baka may mahalungkat?
