Then when specific events happen like this one, they usually sign up for them through applications. You have to know the process kasi the activity in MUN is literally simulating the UN, so your position papers or actions should sort of reflect the actual foreign policy of the country you are representing. You get assigned a country you don't get to represent Philippines automatically. So she could have come there from her school club, pero she is the delegate of China for example, and should conduct accordingly showing her knowledge of both procedure and current politics of China vis a vis the world
