Basta un sinasabe kong may takip na is un women's section store nila and food section store. I dont know if they are open sa men's section store kasi hindi ko napansin.
Oh no! This is sad news. Marks & Spencer was part of my childhood. All my gradeschool and highschool St. Michael's socks were bought from their store. They have nice fitting jeans as well. Need to hoard their stuff before they close for good.
OMG! I can relate! This news is personal to me kasi Marks & Spencer has been part of my teenage life. I remember the knitted socks. I still have 3 pairs with me. π I have sleepwear, jeans, trousers, tops, undies, shoes and bags. And now that I have gained a lot of weight, meron silang size 12 and 14 na kasya sa akin. M&S is my go-to shop. Extremely sad they’re closing. π₯²π₯²π₯²
As a guy, 80% of my clothes were bought from them because I find the quality and design of their products better than the likes of Zara and Uniqlo . I only buy lang naman kapag nag-sale sila ng >40%, which alam ko na which times of the year. How sad, now I have to buy somewhere else.
sad i buy my christmas gifts from them . the hand cream and lotions na buy 3 get 4 ang saya ng mga girls sa ofc and also friends sobrang convenient, posh, they always have the nicest gift bags and i can tick off agad my christmas gift list from one store. thank you M&S π
728 I compared it to previous years. Also, you can't compare the volumes between sa province at Metro Manila na medyo mas accessible ang S and R locations.
DeleteI was in glorietta last feb 21 and closed na.
DeleteWas at powerplant today Feb 26 open pa. Hehe
DeleteBasta un sinasabe kong may takip na is un women's section store nila and food section store. I dont know if they are open sa men's section store kasi hindi ko napansin.
DeleteI will surely miss you Marks & Spencer. Thank you for so many wonderful & beautiful memories throughout the decadesπ
ReplyDeleteOh no! I will miss their products and friendly staff. Kakalungkot naman.
ReplyDeleteKawawa mga empleyado

ReplyDeleteI remember these. The knitted ones with various designs, minsan may heart. Using "St. Michaels" kinda dates us, IYKYK.
DeleteYes sis!!! The knitted socks!

ReplyDeleteThis is so sadπ’

DeleteIt's never about the store. Look at the material. May ibang ok sa Uniqlo at Zara and M&S na rin. You just need to read labels.
DeleteEnd of an era
ReplyDeleteOh no! Dito pa naman ako namimili ng digestives and tea pang regalo every holiday season for almost 10 years na huhu. You will be missed!
ReplyDeleteSaaame!
ReplyDeleteApir! Ang bango ng personal and hygiene products nila.
DeleteEven better sa Uniqlo and H&M. Im also a loyal customer of Mark & Spencer….
DeleteLower price naman kasi ang UNiqlo and H&M 12:29. Nasa level sila ng Bench.
DeleteSad naman sana mag retain sila kahit isang branch.
ReplyDeleteI grew up buying marks and Spencer, favorite to gift during Christmas
ReplyDeleteHay maybe not profitable anymore for them :(
ReplyDeleteSakit. Flood control pa more.
ReplyDelete12:16 anong kinalaman sa loss of sales nila?
Delete544 economic indicator kasi ito. Less liquid ang budgets for luxury or discretionary items.
Delete544 Corruption makes everything WORST including business and economy. Domino effect yan. Aral kapa
DeleteSo sad! ππ
ReplyDeleteAlso in Thailand
ReplyDeletedito mahal pero quality and underwear nila
ReplyDeletesad i buy my christmas gifts from them . the hand cream and lotions na buy 3 get 4 ang saya ng mga girls sa ofc and also friends sobrang convenient, posh, they always have the nicest gift bags and i can tick off agad my christmas gift list from one store. thank you M&S π
ReplyDeleteLugi
ReplyDeletemarami naman bumibili sa marks and spencer ah
ReplyDeleteNot like before.
DeleteI beg to disagree with s and r.
Delete728 I compared it to previous years. Also, you can't compare the volumes between sa province at Metro Manila na medyo mas accessible ang S and R locations.
DeleteBye SSI
ReplyDeleteJust saw it on the news, M&S is staying in the Philippines but under a different franchise partner. ππ»π
ReplyDeleteI was looking for M&S in MOA last month. The guard told me they closed around October 2025
