Buti na nga lang at may nag succeed na medical malpractice na case. At least if a patient or the family of patient feels na may medical malpractice eh pwedeng ipakulong ang doctor. Actually may nakulong na doctor sa Pilipinas. Namatay na nga din siya sa kulungan. That serves as a warning to treat their patient to the best of their abilities.
Alam mo ba exactly kung anong nangyari sa pasyente? Did u read the case? Infected wound sa bahay. Kasalanan ng surgeon un kung pabaya ung pasyente sa sugat nya?
