Not guilty tantamouth to saying na hindi siya corrupt. I think Herbert will make a good senator and president in the nearest future. May pagasa pa ang ating bayang Pilipinas.
I will take that as sarcasm. Sana alam mo na guilty yun city administrator na chief of staff na niya since 90s and he appointed as city administrator nung siya na ang Mayor
He may not be guilty of corruption but this means na he's not competent sa job nya. Kasi pwedeng nadawit lang sya kasi sya ang nakapirma and since napatunayan na may anumalya talaga sa project dahil nahatulan ng guilty ang kasama nyang akusadoso meaning hindi nya nirereview mabuti yung mga projects nang maigi kaya pirma lang sya ng pirma. Does that make him a good candidate for higher position? NO.
I knew he would be cleared. Mabait si bistek he really served well. Nag aral talaga Yan hindi sya basta sumabak sa politika ng walang Alam. Di ba sya din nag convince Kay ruffa mag tapos ng kolehiyo
