From what I’ve learned, Guanzon was coughing really bad and loud in public. And she was approached by this couple who weee sitting next to her if she could cover her mouth while coughing or at least wear a face mask. Guanzon got offended by their advice and resulted to her yelling and insulting the couple. Personally, for someone who’s educated like Guanzon, she shouldn’t have felt offended. It’s a common courtesy that when you’re coughing in public, try to be a little courteous and sensitive to the people next to you. Obviously, education can’t buy class.

It’s a common courtesy that when you’re coughing in public, try to be a little courteous and sensitive to the people next to you. Obviously, education can’t buy class.

ReplyDeleteKadiri naman talaga yung ubo ng ubo in public. Wear mask or just stay home if may sakit, basic civic sense sa Asian countries yan. At pag may Gucci at Rolex ka lang ba that you can speak out and be heard? Very matapobre naman itong na Atty. na ito. May binabagayan din po ang Gucci at Rolex. It can look fake if cheap looking may suot.

ReplyDeleteSimple lang ang ugat. No cough etiquette. Yuck. Kung umubo sya and she (at the very least) did covered her mouth, ok lang. Pero kung ako din yung mauubuhan like for example sa mukha ko or sa direction ko pa nakatutok yung ubo at walang cover, baka mapagsabihan ko din na please naman takpan mo mouth mo whilst you’re coughing. Eew.

ReplyDeleteUna I’m all for nakakahiya reaksyon nya and yung hypocrisy na sabihan na matapobre sila pero jinudge nya din sila na walang gucci rolex says a lot her as well. Pero isipin nyo ordinaryong tao sabihan ng mga turista sa sarili nating bansa na umalis sa mall kesyo ganyan - may tama sya na may proper decorum pag uubo ka pero who are they to say na umalis ka sa lugar kasi naubo ka.. Some people will just roll their eyes and stop talking sa kanila and that’s why iniisip nila kaya nilang matahin kahit sino kahit hindi nila bansa ito.. So as ordinaryong tao ano ba dapat gawin mo, maging ok lang na utusan tayo ng dayo sa sarili nating teritoryo - masyado na tayong api outside our country, hanggang sa loob parin ba?

Hindi Chinese ang couple, Filipino-Chinese sila. Taga DLSU yung guy and Ateneo yung girl. Also siya Guanzon ang matapobre, looking down at someone dahil hindi lang naka Gucci at Rolex.

Ayoko dyan kay atty kc maingay nga, kaya unfollow ko sya. But this time khit cno nmn sabihan ng ganon and yet tapikin at sabihan umalis ka sa mall, ma ha high blood nmn talaga. Pero mali ni atty, nag P. I. And yung statement nya about rolex n Gucci. Magpatawaran na lang both sana.
