Cancer is chronic. It cannot be eradicated in 2 -3 months. Its cells multiply by millions in seconds. If you're in treatment just focus to your healing. You cannot say magaling na ako once the lump resized. Yung mga cancer cells kahit isa lang maiwan tutubo ulit.. You need to ask for divine intervention. It takes years minimum 5 years before a person can declare I'm cancer free. There must be no cancer cells in your body before you can say I'm in remission which can be proven by having negative results in all diagnostic tests and surgeries after finishing all cancer treatments
