    2. So being harassed or violated is okay because of these “flaws?”

    3. Hindi lahat na flaws attributable to being human..once the contrary, sexually harassing someone is more of BEING ANIMALISTIC or EVIL.

  19. ayan malinaw na nangyari

  20. Gumana ang justice system kasi Artista din ang victim. Kung regular na tao lang? I’m sure binasura na tong kaso. Mabuti yan, mag tanda ang mga bastos na lalake.

  21. Malamang marami pa na biktima yan na di lang nagsalita. Karma mo yan may asawa na dika pa tumigil

  22. Besides his one year prison sentence, seriously, 20k for moral damages? Is that how much it’s worth to violate a person? How about the damage it cost her to pay for her lawyers, psychotherapy, mental health, etc.? Justice has been served but not fair.

    1. 20K?! Isn't the objective for rulings for these to make it so it will deter any future acts of similar nature? This seems too light. Parang wala lang. But kudos to Rita for not letting him get away with it.

    2. The value of P20,000 pesos may be seen as insignificant for wealthier individuals, thus not serving as a strong deterrent.

  26. Dupatta talaga makatikim yan ng buhay sa loob para mailman nya rin what sexual harassment means or at least he will be anxious about it..the same anxiety binigay nya sa victim nya

    ReplyDelete
  27. Disappointed. This sentence may not even adequately compensate for the emotional and psychological harm inflicted on a victim .

    ReplyDelete
  28. Sigh. We need stricter laws.

    ReplyDelete
  29. 😠This just undermines efforts to combat sexual harassment and promote a culture of respect and equality.

  30. Eto yung pefect example ng “bending” the law na sinabi ni tulfo. Dapat na update na tong law na to. Imagine that amount para sa panahon ngayon. Baryang barya lang yan sa may kaya. We bend the law based needs and status of current situation. Its not breaking the law.

  31. Hindi ito tungkol sa gastos sa kaso, kundi sa pinaglalaban at sa pangalan mo.
