    3. 4:25 there will be a lot of changes and with no warning signs. It’s gonna hit you hard when you least expect it. Education and awareness will help a lot. I read a lot and listen to podcasts about peri and meno. I also read first hand experiences of women are actually experiencing it. Go to reddit and search perimenopause.

  8. Same age kami ni Amy and went through a slew of symptoms myself. I was fortunate that I was prescribed a low dose estrogen patch and progesterone. Menopause hormone therapy as they refer to it now. It really helps alleviate most of the symptoms esp hot flushes and insomnia. You really need the progesterone para di mag thicken yung uterine walls, lowering cancer risks when using estrogen. I was also advised to focus more on strength training like weightlifting, weight-bearing exercises like yoga, plates or simple walking. Twice a day Vitamin D and more calcium. Naging sensitive tiyan ko sa dairy so yogurt na lang at moringa supplements. Menopause is really hard so don't be afraid to seek help.
