Personally nagpabakuna ako ng mRNA vaccine nung buntis ako plus boosters and me and my baby are fine. Training for a marathon now and me and my kid are perfectly fine.
I don’t believe the vaccine causes the heart attack. I think the virus (covid) itself can. We failed educating our people as many have mixed emotions about it. If it was vaccine related, how come hulk hogan who’s got the best healthcare and support died? Covid can thicken your blood, whether you do not display symptoms or not, it just does. When your blood is thick, it can cause a blood clot which will cause a stroke, pulmonary embolism leading to arrest. Covid can also trigger your immune response and or cytokine storm. It can also give you pericarditis (inflammation in your heart sac) which can be life threatening. Also, our current population is highly dependent with energy drinks, caffeine, stressful and long hours of work so in this defense, can also be detrimental. We all have to take it easy.

There were instances when a family of 10 went to a certain State without a mask and another group of family went to the same state without a mask.. Overnight the family without a mask had all covid whereas the other family didnt get covid. Same state, 1 hotel separating them but they all walked in the same area. It can just be prayers and faith..

Kung oras mo na oras mo na.. Yung Pinoy tourist sa HK, maayos nag lalakad sa gilid ng hotel pag labas nya, seconds lang patay.. In his 30s din lang. Maybe pabata ng pabata but not necessarily dahil sa vaccine.. I agree with 9:45 na if ever, the covid virus could be the cause in those illness- related deaths kasi humina talaga immune system ng tao, making one vulnerable to all kinds of Illnesses
Pabata ng pabata... Not just because of vaccine.. Think of how things have also evolved around us in our everyday life. Instant foods, energy drinks, night shifts sa work, prolonged exposure to screen, Bluetooth and cp use... Dami rin triggers that come with modern technology/life..work-life imbalance djn.. Shorter sleep time kama doomscroll... Unnecessary stress reacting and engaging with strangers online.. Pollution.. The list can go on and on.. Feel free to add
Stress hastens biological malfunction of the body's delicate systems. I am going through chemotherapy and as i go through my treatment I leanr a lot from my doctors. Isa sa pinaka advise ng counselling nurse ko - learn to deal with microstresses of everyday life and find a calmer approach to major stress. Do not be quick to anger or to despair - think things through, look at things calmly and where you find your support - like your faith, draw strength from it. Ako, I pray. Gid has always heard me and lift up my burdens to Him and thank Him for his Grace, always.
