11:29 interestingly in Japan, foreign tourists complain about lack of trash bins. Locals are actually encouraged to keep their trash sa bag nila and throw it pag-uwi sa bahay. As per my Japanese esl student, one of the reasons is the Sarin Gas Attack. Another is the irresponsible way of how foreign tourists throw their trash. May ugali din kasi yung iba na kahit puno na, magpapatong pa ng basura hanggang umapaw na at magkalat.
Well, 90% of the country are individually poor, poor education, poor hygience, poor attitude, poor mentality. And mostly the poor has larger families than those well off ones. They just keep multiplying. They needto learn about birth control.
Marami din kasi balahura na turista at locals din ano.

DeleteIt will help if there are a lot of garbage bins everywhere. Sobrang tamad and epal kung di pa magtapon sa garbage bins.
